Photos and renders of the sets here look generally okay, maybe except for the snowman's open mouth.
Though that's nowhere as bad as last year's appearance of 43243; here I must agree with the hyenas' assessment of its looks.

Marshmallow? Most people have only ever seen him in the first film, but I know he makes a cameo appearance at the end of Frozen Fever, and I think again at the end of Frozen 2. If you can’t assume everyone has seen the short film, and most people start exiting theaters, or changing channels, once the end credits start rolling. If he showed up in something else that’s only available on streaming, that’s an even smaller potential audience. I wouldn’t personally expect them to make a new version unless he has a more significant role in Frozen 3 or Frozen 4 than he did in Frozen 2.

Those mini princesses are disgusting. So sad, because it could really have been an interesting concept. I would like to see the figures with a plain tile instead of what should look like their faces, which hopefully will make them more like statues of the characters rather than what they are seem like now. Please, if you do a review of the sets, it would be a nice photo to add. Besides that, it seems like a good wave. Excited to see the upcoming sets from other movies.

The build a body and stick a face on it sets look terrible. But I guess they are cheap and licensed so will sell.

Thing is Brickheadz always represent orginal characters in squared (lego brick) form and heads are build with certain style. Doesn't matter if character is human or monster.
Here we have build with FLAT print trying to represent face which makes it just creepy.

No, Brickheadz have gotten tons of hate (and even Funko Pop have been the subject of more griping than you’d expect, by way of comparison to Brickheadz), but as long as Brickheadz get their own reveal/review articles, it helps cut down on the noise because many complainers just skip them altogether.

It's not about liking them, it's about collecting them.
Well, at least at first; once you have one or two the circle starts when they push a new series to the market and you want to be "in" from the beginning..
That gives you a mission, something to follow through, eventhough it is expensive, but you take the pain to feel accomplishment.

It's a dopamine machine, nearing perfection and you can see many corporations switching over to this because it transfers money into their accounts to produce more of them.
Tis the reason for collectibles and market branding, and not having the option to rebuild a set consisting of bricks, because that is not what it's about anymore.

If you want to take it even further, the "dealer" can request high prices from the "addicted" because they will pay: just one more set, I already have so many; oh, in relation to capital invested, this doesn't make a difference, does it; ...

Also extremely high priced sets lower the percecption on other high-priced sets, giving them a normal appearance and a seemingly better value for money.

I did actually buy two recently. One was a standard-ish sized Claw Alien held upside-down in The Claw (1595). And the other was a Bitty Pop Claw Alien that comes with a full Claw Machine.

Glad to see Disney finally giving Aristocats some love! Such an underrated movie IMO

I quite like 43286, but I don't quite get why it's always Marie and only Marie who ever gets the spotlight from Aristocats. If they follow her up with my favourite boy Berlioz sometime I'll definitely be interested (although not for that price... I don't understand how she has more pieces than last year's Simba but I don't see £35 worth there); but given that we haven't had a Nala to go with Simba yet, it seems to me that Lego's current strategy seems to be 'only one of this style of set per movie'. I expect we're going to see a matching UCS Marie akin to 43247 and 43269 at some point, instead of either of her brothers in this smaller style.

She does still look suitably cute, though. And I may just be biased because I still love Rock Raiders, but the energy crystal piece as her 'hair' is a nice touch!

He starts out purple when he’s spreading fire around the grove. He only turns blue once Elsa picks him up and cools him off. So note that all the blue versions (minifig-scale, Duplo, and Creator-style) don’t have flames on them, while the two purple versions shown here (minifig-scale and Creator-style) both have trans-dark-pink flames attached.

They looked worse than when women glue caterpillars to their eyelids.

Frozen 2 came out in late 2019, and there was a short called Myth: A Frozen Tale that explained the four Elementals from the film, so pretty sure he appears in that. The next two shorts take place before Frozen 2, so no Bruni. There were two series released on streaming, but they focused on Olaf, so probably no Bruni there either. Can't say for sure, though, since I've never watched them.

These looked like geometry homework. They had sharp corners and crisp edges, plus they were _black_, and I think she was blonde. It would have been less distracting if she had taped two scraps of paper that said “eyebrow” to her forehead. I’ve seen people in clownface before, with caterpillar-eyebrows, or with fake talons that seem like they would interfere with certain essential hygienic processes. This was in its own class of unnatural, partly because otherwise she looked quite attractive, and it was such an otherwise tiny detail that drew all of your attention away from everything else.
