Daw man, I missed a bonk post yesterday. And he was one of my favs. I'll keep it kinda quick:

The Mask of Life was a powerful artifact that was capable of "cursing" anyone who touched it to mold the unworthy into new "guardians"

Gadunka were a species of tiny sea creatures. When the Mask of Life was cast into The Pit, a Gadunka tried to take shelter under it. It transformed him into a titanic size to be its new guardians. Despite the increased size, it wasn't actually given more intelligence or a desire to protect the mask, and just became a giant monster trying to fit whatever it could in its giant mouth.

When the Mask of Life left The Pit, it was so dissapointed in Gadunka's performance that it reversed its curse (something that it doesn't often do.) Now small once more, it was eaten by a shark.

He's just taking a small nap. Oh, is that nor what the name means?

@GSR_MataNui: I wondered why you weren't weighing in.

That's a lawn tractor with delusions of grandeur.

By in Turkey,

I built a couple of smaller work machines like these with spares. If you have a smaller town, you need smaller machines, and these guys fit perfectly.

Dozers have a single blade, I think you’ll find that’s a mini front end loader

I think you'll find it's not so good at the unloading, unless you drive right up to a cliff or steep incline.

I never understood why they couldn't give it a lift mechanism with one of those specialized parts as it would hardly cost anymore.

There's polybag sets, and then there's mini-polybag sets.

It's not very big, is it?

7246 Mini Digger, but the budget is halved. It can't lift the workload or carry anything on the back. But that's okay! At least it can push rubble!

Ngl I really miss small construction sets. The new ones are nice but they're so big and expensive. Something that isn't a 4+ set or a magazine gift with an uncertain chance of actually being available would be nice. Full product ranges with something for everybody and all that...

Speaking of 7246, I just found out that set's page has an alternate model image in HD. It's the only set page from 2005 that has one, strangely enough. Nice!

That’s why it’s only a loader. You want the unloading, that costs extra

If you think that's a small polybag, have a look here: 3305

Anyways, this would be considered a "large polybag" by 90s standards. Interesting how large some of these are these days.

I also think I saw this particular one (among simila City polybags) being sold at Total/Elf gas stations around 2010. A bit weird given Lego's fixation upon Shell in that era.

The Dozer to end all Dozers?

How is this a "Mini Dozer" when his eyes are clearly open? He takes catnaps when the foreman isn't watching.

By in Netherlands,

Little dozer, I'll level with you: that's what you're for.
