Today's random figure is frnd0266 Friends Olivia (Nougat) - Bright Light Yellow Skirt, Dark Pink and Dark Azure Swimsuit Top, Life Jacket, a Friends figure that came in one set, 41347 Heartlake City Resort, released during 2018.

I don't think I have ever seen this set before. It's a pretty unique one! The para sailing build is a neat one.
