Today's random figure is idea140 Soccer Player, Female, Blue Uniform, Nougat Skin, Tan Ponytail, Glasses, a LEGO Ideas figure that came in one set, 21337 Table Football, released during 2022.
Our members collectively own a total of 2,048 of them. If you'd like to buy one you should find it for sale at BrickLink, where new ones sell for around $2.10.

Huwbot isn't based in the US so I don't think he knew it was on.

Shorts creates a huge problem, because then you need to have enough to go with all the heads. And that means you need both blue and red uniforms to match each skintone.
Looks like a bootleg Starfleet uniform.
