He reminds me of that guy that was prominent in the 1930s/40s.
Charlie Chaplain his name was.
If ever there was a minifigure that said, "my dad".
...
Damn it, that phrase has been ruined forever, hasn't it?
I thought this hair piece looked out-of-place next to the rest of the minifigure, and what do you know, it hasn't been used since (not in this colour, anyway).

Chaplin had a tiny mustache in a style that rapidly lost popularity as a result of WWII. This one extends past the corners of the mouth. Chaplin was also frequently better, and worse dressed than this guy, usually simultaneously.
Strong contender for Most Dad Energy Projected by a Minifig
His name is Ronnie Tache.
Interesting in 2022 lego was still using the classic hair piece.
Wish that was more common, its a good piece.

I've always been amused by the fact that Luke Skywalker has used both the classic male hair and the classic female hair, https://brickset.com/parts/design-96859.

It is still going strong in light grey, for Ben Kenobi in the Death Circle and the new Smart Cantina.
That is some fierce gym-teaching energy right there. I feel powerfully motivated to run a lap, or maybe even kick a ball.
Weird seeing a modern face on such an elderly hairpiece. I have no idea why they still use it for Ben Kenobi, anyway.

Han and Luke have both gotten their own purpose-made replacements, so I have to imagine it's just a matter of time until Ben does, too, and it's retired. It's not a particularly good match for Alec Guinness' combover.
During the slower years, this figure worked the seedier side of Hollywood filmmaking.

I thought his name was Adenoid Hynkel.
Anyway, this guy isn't him. The one that's a dead ringer for that guy is:
