As of a few hours ago, they are officially on their way home.

Timely! But just because you work at a launch site doesn’t mean you get to call yourself a space engineer, anymore than someone at the front desk could call themselves a space receptionist, or someone in the cafeteria could call themselves a space lunch lady. If he wants to big himself up as more than an engineer he should call himself a rocket scientist, do you have any idea the leeway that gives him to dismiss other careers as “not exactly rocket science”?!

I'm all for people calling each other 'Space receptionist' and 'Space lunch lady' at NASA. Because it sounds cool.

Given how long minifigs with glasses have been around, and how many there are, it doesn't even get a second glance from me.

What? No. No. It’s got elastic going around the back of his head, as you can clearly s…okay, it’s not a double-sides print, so you’ll just have to trust me on that one. But the bottom edge is clearly perched on his upper lip.

Well...what are the odds that both the RFotD and RSotD are from the same theme, released a year apart, but both happen to be owned by me! How strange. I totally forgot that I owned this minifig, but it's quite fitting he showed up, as the Artemis mission is underway right now. Perhaps he helped the Lego version of the mission get to the moon. Anyway, 60080 Spaceport was such an iconic set from the 2015 Space subtheme, especially with the mobile launch pad vehicle and the shuttle with the orange and white boosters, which are similar to the NASA SLS rocket.

Weirdly, I notice it more with the goggles here than with glasses
