That alternate face is his reaction to yesterday's random minfig.
I just realized he's wearing normal sized pants on short legs. That torso must look messed up on regular legs.
With this skin color Harry doesn't look so well...

That joke would work a lot better if yesterday's RFotD hadn't also been from this theme.
