We've moved to a new customer service platform
Posted by Huw,When you get in touch with us via the contact form your messages are directed to a customer service platform to allow us to manage them efficiently.
Until last Monday we used FreshDesk, but its free plan has been discontinued, so we've switched to another provider, Zoho Desk.
I'm only mentioning this because we can't reply to messages sent to FreshDesk before the change, so if you're awaiting a reply and none has been forthcoming, that'll be why. Feel free to get in touch again as everything's up and running on the new system now.
Apologies for the inconvenience.

@Huw - thank you for all you do to make this site so great for us.
I second that (e)motion!
Oh, that logo took me some time to process. I mean, I get it - a speech-bubble, an envelope, a (very outdated) telephone. Sure. Good stuff.
This did not prevent me from first seeing it as "E.T. with type 2 diabetes in a wheelchair", though.
I cannot wait for the buildable LEGO version of this logo. There may be Opinions!

Surely that is what the designer was going for. I can't see anything else.

Really? I see a submarine with a point at the back
I thought it was a cantilever chair at first glance, although I’m sure Crux has the right of it.
"AI help desk software". Hmm...

You only get all that fancy functionality if you pay for it :-)
Unfortunately it seems everyone has to shoehorn AI into their products nowadays for fear of being overlooked/left behind.
Glad to hear that. Don't want AI putting Huwbot out of a job!

That’s the snowplow attachment on the wheelchair.

His foot fell off. Diabetes can be brutal.
E.T. Phone Uber.

You’re on the right track but I did some digging. Apparently, this logo was borrowed from a shelved 80’s Atari game based on a proposed E.T. sequel where Elliott and E.T. were welcoming a baby in San Francisco while evading Steve Guttenberg and authorities on a nuclear wessel. Tentative titles were E.T.: The Voyage Phone Home, E.T.: It’s Having a Baby, and E.T.: Throw Momma from the Planet.
Tagline was, “I come in Peace…you go in Reese’s Pieces.”
Huwbot is my favorite clanker and I'd melt my LEGO in acetone if it meant sparing him even a second of emotional distress.
