It's always cool when Lego makes ultra realistic parts and accessories.

I don’t think the hose typically plugs into your chest cavity.

Serio...well, you know: how BIG is 'Lego City' that it can be patrolled by JETS...and, relatively; what is its budget?!?!?:D

It looks more like a facehugger than a oxygen mask.

I reckon the set he comes in has the highest helmet to minifig ratio.

Ooh, there’s an interesting equation. Certainly this guy’s set has a lot of helmets, but they’re all on people (unless I’ve missed something) so the ratio is 1:1. Compare that to 6041 where the helmets outnumber the minifigs 3 to 2, or 5615 where technically the ratio is 2:1 as there’s double the helmets that there are minifigs.
And that’s not getting into Time Cruisers who seem festooned with helmets every set they appear in, because I’m not sure if those helmets are actually in the sets or just part of the art

By in South Africa,

It's a pity that such great minifigures are hidden inside vehicle cockpits.

I don't know about all of them, but those sets did include quite a swath of headgear.

Ah, those are some nice examples of an even larger H:M (Helmet to Minifig) ratio.

And yes, I think Time Cruisers sets would be a strong contender. I've got the Magic Mountain Time Lab (6494) and it does have a bunch of helmets scattered around the set.

This should've been picked on July 4 in honor of the man who helped save the world on Independence Day 1996.

For some reason this head makes me think of a modernised design for Agent Dash Justice from Alpha Team (https://brickset.com/minifigs/alp004). It's not a 100% match, but he has the same shape eyebrows, lopsided mouth, and a headset print; the main difference is that this guy is clean-shaven while Dash has visible stubble. But I could totally see this face being used for an updated version of the character, in much the same way we now have modernised Johnny Thunder designs in City's exploration subthemes...

They could even use the modern brown Zane hairpiece.

Just checked the inventory for 6493 and 6494, and both have a 2:1 (simplified from 4:2) helmet-to-minifig ratio, unless you count the horse helmet in 6493, which gives it a 5:2.
