they are impressive but tecnic isnt really my thing , does the excavator have instructions on how to add the motor witch is sold seperatly

I really like the look of the off roader, cannot wait to see the power functions in action.

reminds me of a Hummer H3 or Jeep Wrangler.

So what are all of the power functions components? I see the battery box but is there also a remote control or something for the winch?

I have seen a video of the off-roader somewhere on the 'net. As well as going along the truck has height changable suspension i think.

Very excited about the new linear actuators. I would love to see Lego release a powered pneumatic pump and micro motors

We have a new differential, steering arm, universal joint, linear actuator, PF lights and PF pole reverser. Yummy !!

Oh man the motors add so much $$ to the sets. Look at 8297 is 120$ with 1097 pieces where 8295 is 90$ with 1182 pieces.

I do like the light feature though.

i've bought the excavator already and its totally awesome. I actually combined it with 8292.
