Can't wait until December 1st to buy next year's new City, Creator and Technic sets from the LEGO Shop? You are in luck! Toys R Us has most of them available for purchase online right now.
There are also some reports of stock appearing in stores, so let us know if you find any sets at your local store.

Anyone know or can guess when we might get Bionicle/January 2016 releases in stores?
The Duplo plate (2304) is hardly new - it's been listed in both the UK & the US since 2007 according to http://brickset.com/sets/2304-1/Large-Building-Plate !
In fact, a few weeks ago we were searching for them everywhere for our little boy, and they all seemed to be sold out. Eventually we tracked down some heavily discounted boards in Argos in Kingston, London.
