Does anyone know whether the same items will be on sale in the UK? I've been waiting for Dimensions stuff to go on sale, so I'm hoping that this is my chance!

I thought the wall calendar was only available in stores, and not available online via LEGO.com. Did they change their minds for BF/CM? Might be important to clarify this detail in the article.

With all of the other Pirates sets at 20% off on CM, I assume 70409 is actually $10.39, not $0.39.

The German shop has two banners advertising promotions (one as "starting friday", the other as "only until monday") including the words "explore more", but as somewhat usual on the lego site, the link does not work (one leads to the very same front page, the other to a listing of all products).

I was in a uk Lego Store last month, and the staff said that they expected it to be 10% off everything this weekend. They did not mention if there would be other offers or not.

Amazon.co.uk did a lightning sale on 4 Dimensions Lego packs today (Portal/Doctor Who/Back to the Future/Simpsons), all for £89.99. By a country mile the cheapest I've seen in the UK so far. I'm glad I bought quickly, as they were gone in 15 minutes. Worth keeping an eye out to see if they run it again in the next few days.

I almost got excited when I saw The Ghost on the list, but it's still cheaper on Amazon. But still, this is better list than I was expecting.

TLG have send an email message to UK customers of LEGO.com saying there will be deals, but won't say what they are. I already spent most of my money getting Star Wars from Argos because they were 3 for 2 - I bought Poe's X Wing, Kylo Ren's Command Shuttle and the new Millenium Falcon all in one go and spent around £220. If they were all RRP it would've been £300!

It seems like the deals have already started. The Demolition, Jungle Rescue and Pop Star sets are already marked down.

The sales in Canada are rather pitiful, unless you need to pick up some Lego City deconstruction or Friends pop star sets.

Yes, indeed, I also got an email announcing offers for this Friday (and the Swiss LEGO.com has the same banners as the German one I assume). So far, nothing useful is to be seen. But then it's not Friday yet. Let's see what happens, or whether Lego screwed up their online presence once again.

Not too shabby. Although in the past I recall several of the cyber monday items being listed as sold out before they were ever even available at a discount. Might try and get the Pirate Ship, pretty tempting at that price.

I've been contemplating for months buying a gaming console and now with the discount on dimensions I might have to. Anybody have any advice on which would be best; I'm not a die hard gamer (in fact play only a couple PC games a year)?

Tried to place my order on LEGO.com just now, looks like the servers are overloaded -variations on a theme for LEGO Black Friday performance.

The Gingerbread house is the only thing the Lego store has that I even want this year. We found major deals at amazon this year for Lego sets weeks ago. Saving as much as 30 to 60% off many sets. I sure someone will be selling the Gingerbread houses on eBay in a week to maybe pick one up for a little over value. It does look nice.

Does anyone else feel like they have been getting excessively spammed by the LEGO store? I've been receiving two or three Black Friday emails (to the same address) from the VIP program every day.
