21306 The Beatles Yellow Submarine will be available at the Liverpool LEGO Store tomorrow and Kevin Szeto, the creator of the original LEGO Ideas project, will be on hand to sign copies of the set between 11am and 1pm.
Will you be at the event? Let us know in the comments.

I will be. :)
Are all of the IDEAS builders from the UK? It seems there is always a signing at one of those stores for every release. It's awesome to have that ability, just found that interesting. But then again, I may have assumed they are always at a similar store without realizing it.
Anyone want to trade some Star Wars sets I have for a signed copy of the Yellow Sub? :D
I'm tempted to go long though still not sure if I want the actual set.
So let me get this straight, the set is NOT being signed by the Beatles? XD
@BrickyMcBrick and here I thought thats what they were announcing too! :D
Well Liverpool is my local city, and hopefully I will be able to go into town tomorrow, so with all being well, I will be attending.
@Sethro3, Kevin Szeto is from Toronto but Liverpool, of course, is the home of the Beatles.
No sadly.
Happy to report from the tail end of the queue that there is a very healthy reception for this set and this event in Liverpool. An afternoon of building lies ahead once we're signed.
Quick update, they've just announced that the stock has sold out in Liverpool.
Really? That sucks. I'm just on my way over!
The scalpers have them on ebay already for 2xRRP.
At 11am! That's pretty poor stock planning on LEGO's part if so!
Yeah I got there about 11.30 and they were all gone. Lots of people in the queue had 2 which I presume was the limit. Not too fussed as I wasn't massively keen on the set anyway but still, really poor show by Lego.
Surely there should be a 1 per customer limit for those events???
This is not related to the signing. But could someone please kindly tell me how much was the yellow submarine set at the Lego Store? The Christmas catalogue I received in my recent order stated the price at 49.99€ :O But it was announce and listed on the website for 59,99€. Can't believe that there was such a huge pricing mistake in a catalogue!
I got there just before midday and was told they'd sold out. Walked away very unhappy and then decided to go back and voice my annoyance. The guy on the till said someone was on their way way from Manchester, where I'd come from, with more and that they could be there in the next hour or so. I was stood there wondering whether to stay when someone came to the till with one. They'd just turned up. They were saying one per person, but I'm sure some people.had more. Anyway, got one and got it signed. Happy.
