Thanks for the heads up! I got the e-mail from Lego, and didn't hesitate to order one! Hope these orders still qualify for the Black VIP cards; I'd say they should, considering what's been said by various Lego customer relations reps.

Got mine, thanks for the news!! I wanted to wait to get this set initially but considering how it went in September and the lack of communication on Lego's side I jumped on this one straight ahead :P

Got mine thanks to the Brickset notification on Facebook. Ordering went smoothly although I got one "sorry an error did occur, please try again". Otherwise no issues. And I see the set is still available now (13h20 CET), so either they got plenty of stock or the word is not spreading fast yet (or both).

I have enough money, but if I buy it, I won't be able to afford anything afterwards (incl. Christmas presents for family & friends).
Going to wait for Dec 15-17th for double VIP points weekend, and buy something a bit cheaper (maybe the Disney Castle or Tower Bridge).
FYI, I do want this set one day.

I was at the train station when I refreshed the product page. Almost missed the train, but I didn't really care, cuz now will have a UCS MF!

Those 849 euros we're getting a bit to heavy anyway.

Besides, I wonder how the Black VIP card is going to work in The Netherlands since there are no brands stores and no regular VIP cards. I hope LEGO wont forget the Dutch fans.

Just checking LEGO.com now: I'm logged in as VIP member but it seems here in the Netherlands it's sold out again. Looks to be the same case for other countries.

I bought one earlier today which is now showing order status 'in warehouse', so for me it's not an issue anymore.

I have managed to order the UCS 75192 Millennium Falcon at AUD$1,300! I missed out in September.

Back to temporarily out of stock again, I wonder how many they had?

I'd say Lego handled this about as well as they could, considering the unexpected incredible demand there was for (and after) the first run of MF's.
It was still marked as a VIP-only release, limited to 1 purchase per account, the e-mail warning me arrived at a reasonable time for me here in Europe, and it seems it was in stock for some three hours after we had been warned. I've seen just a few mentions of Lego's website causing problems, but nowhere near the amount of problems the September 14th launch had.
The September 14th launch could and should have been a lot smoother, but this time there's a lot less need to complain this time around.

@Matthew_Owens I'm going to replace the cantilver stand that holds the TV and PS4 in the PlayStaion/Games room and mount the TV on the wall, then get a case/glass coffee table and use that will go under the TV and sit where the stand is now. I hope it'll look quite good. Now, if only i hadnt sold my Darth Vader SW PS4, it could have sat on top and matched :)

@CreativeTim: I bought the MF on the Dutch LEGO.com site on launch date, received it a few days later and received my black VIP card last week. Also: I really recommend building it on the Efferman-stand. Looks fantastic!

I have no clue what the EU black-VIP benefits will be, but I assume:
- online benefits will be available to Dutch customers as well
- in-store benefits will require a roadtrip to Oberhausen (or other DE-store) or Wijnegem (BE)

I have been refreshing the MIL-F page every hour, every day, pretty much non-stop since it first went out of stock, I signed up for the email notification and got nothing today...the one day that I don't actually check the site directly until the afternoon here in Germany it was actually online in the morning, about to go bang my head off the first available wall...!!!

I don't understand why they're allowing backorders for a lot of other sets but not this one, if the intention is to continue production for a bit. Obviously they underestimated demand initially, and that's fine, but if they had allowed backorders right away they would get a better projection of how many they needed to produce as well as what kind of numbers to plan on for the 2018 SW VIP gifts.

@lee1980 who asked about the shipping box:
- it is roughly 18x18x22 inches.
- 35 pounds
- No branding on the outer box at all.

Although TLG confirmed I was on their email notification list back in October I didn't get an email from them today and only knew about the stock availablity due to this fine website. Anyone else experience this?

I am on the e-mail waiting/notification list and didn't get the info either. If I hadn't read the article I wouldn't even have known that it was temporarily available again. Perhaps we get lucky and it becomes available again during the upcoming double VIP point promotion.

If anyone's really desperate to get one then they're currently (i.e. at the time of writing) still available through the NZ store portal. Obviously because there's such a ridiculous markup on the price here that nobody's bothering to buy them!

Guys, they are back online again now, get in there quick!!! Rumour is the batch that went online at midnight CET are the ones which people tried to order today when they already had one before, i.e. once they finalised the cancellation of those orders they put them back online again :)

How does one get on this email notification list?

I was lucky last night, I came home from ice hockey training and with it being a few minutes to midnight I decided to wait and see if anything appeared and as soon as it did I stopped banging my head against the wall (see my initial comment in here for an explanation) and ordered the beastie. As soon as the order showed up as confirmed I let you guys know :)

No notification from Lego regarding MF available. Only this website seems to be on the ball.ordered one 12pm on the 11th. In warehouse now.
Looks like no Christmas presents for my family..heee..

I heard some who missed out in Sept, were put on a mailing list, so emailed lego to get put on it and I got email yesterday. Does seem to be very hit and miss though. Same when ordering in Sept website crashed etc, yesterday went straight through ok to.

I am still at times thinking like £650 on a lego set eeek, but its so awesome lol

Missed it, this is so frustrating :(

The order I placed at 12:04am this morning for mine has just changed to "shipped".

It wasn't for sale in the US this time. It seemed to be Europe and Australia/New Zealand only.

Managed to get one - was disappointed that Lego weren't offering any special freebies with it on the day - although if the StarWars VIP special card comes with it that's something. Hopefully will be delivered within the next couple of days....

What do I need to do to get e-mail next time when the set will be available?

Manchester Arndale store had around 15 in stock at 6.30pm this evening. Went in on my way to meet friends for cinema and asked if they had a date for more stock yet only to be told they had a surprise shipment this morning of around 30! Obviously I snatched one up and hopefully should be some still there tomorrow for anyone in the Manchester area!
