Fun set! Hitomi was an underutilized character (it’s a crime that she never got a battle machine of her own) and probably my favorite Exo-Force character overall. I totally shipped her and Ha-Ya-To.

The Sonic Raven — that’s the name of the flyer in this set — doesn’t have a lot of special memories for me, since my younger brother and I had previously agreed on him getting all the robot battle machines. But the tower was quite cool, especially for its time.

By in Finland,

Really good random set (again). Love the tower and the exclusive Hitomi.

This was the first expensive set I got myself online <3
Hitomi head is still one of the most beautiful minifig heads!

I'm waiting that magic moment where "497" or "928 galaxy explorer" is going to appear in the "random set of the day"

It's a shame this was the only set in the Golden City arc that actually depicted the city itself. The architectural style was pretty interesting but was largely limited to the story comics and background art.

By in Netherlands,

Was very glad to find this at a good price (30 Euro's if I recall), still have it on my shelf if only because it was one of the few sets involving a building rather than just vehicles and mechs. The interior was heavily underutilized though, if I had to add a point of critique.

Reminds me that I lost Hitomi's hairpiece, I should go looking for it.

This theme happened right at the tail end of my dark ages. Anime faces on Lego heads look uhhhhh... interesting?

I kinda really want that Sentai Headquarters set though.
