New Star Wars sets available now!
Posted by CapnRex101,
The new Solo: A Star Wars Story sets are now available at shop.LEGO.com along with three other sets based upon the Original and Prequel trilogies, including the much-anticipated 75208 Yoda's Hut. We hope to begin publishing reviews of these sets very soon.
In addition, 5005376 Star Wars Anniversary Pod is being given away with purchases of Star Wars sets totaling over £50 in the UK, $60 in the US and €55 across the Eurozone. This offer runs until the 3rd of May but stock will probably run out long before then.

I travelled 12 parsecs to get these sets.
Thanks for the news!
Lego shop says orders over £50 not £55
Lego have messed up all their web pages and small print say orders over £50 get the pod, but you have to put in £55 for it to show up in the basket.
Going to be calling them at 0900 to see what they'll do about it.
Good, not interested in Solo sets, but Yoda's Hut is mine!!!
The Han Solo and Chewbacca Brickheadz do not count as Star Wars sets against the amount limit, apparently - even though they are listed when you are on the Star Wars products page. Why, LEGO?
So called Lego and explained issue with £55 needing to be put in basket to qualify for pod despite it saying on their website you only need to spend £50 to get the pod . They say it should be £50 and 55 euros. They will fix it. They updated my order to include the pod as I spent just over £50 but less than £55.
Struggled to find a Star Wars set that I want, and isn’t going to be half price on Amazon in a few months time.. went for the 75191 as that always seems to be high elsewhere. Vader Pod on the way..
Wohwow Kessel Run Millennium Falcon for €179.99?! That one can wait...
These Solo sets seem really pricey.. no doubt I'll see them down the line discounted everywhere.
Yeah, the MilF Kessel Run seems a little bit overpriced. You can get the UCS Snowspeeder for the same amount of money at other shops. Han Solos speeder look very good and a bit unusual however :)
@meisterbuilder and dylanmitchell - I believe the Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom sets are being released on the 16th of April.
Well I did want a pod but I can't believe those prices. £150 for a falcon ? Its cheaper to pay £20 for the pod on ebay and save on the sets via third parties.... in may.
Hans's Speeder and the Imperial pack for me. At least that way, I get a Qi'Ra without paying a stupid amount of money for the new Falcon.
But I just made an order yesterday ah well, this is for May anyways.
Similar problem with the promotional item not being added to cart when I checked out this morning. The phone option seems to have been removed from their UK website so sent them an email. I’m aware its lunchtime, so do they switch off the phone option when they’re swamped?
EDIT: Must have been a glitch (or me being daft) phone option showing now.
EDIT 2: Quick phone call, sorted in 2 secs by excellent customer services rep, gotta love Lego, they do try to keep us happy.
No issues ordering here in the U.S.
Both the pod and Minifigure factory were properly added to my order at Checkout.
Yikes, that Millennium Falcon is £200. I wasn't expecting that. At least Han Solo's landspeeder offers ok value for money, so after a slight discount I might pick one up.
There’s only one millennium falcon and that’s the UCS
Just boosting sales prior to May 4th double points and other fine Star Wars things. Why not extend Pod give away through May 4th?
^^Fine, it's called the Kessel Run Millennium Falcon, but it's the Millennium Falcon nonetheless.
^If they had the pod promo run through the 4th, it will likely clog up the ordering system more than it already is on 4th. You can hardly get an order in to begin with. Plus, there is already a special GWP on the 4th, so I doubt they want to give away two things on such a lucrative day.
It is always interesting though having SW sets on sale for 3 weeks before THE SW day. I wonder how many people will buy now and again on the 4th?
I think there's nothing interesting in the lego shop at the moment. I've been juggling sets in the shoppingbasket just for the sake of getting the Darth Vader Pod till I tthought by myself "Wat the hell am I doing"... I'm running into the fact that the sets either are just way, way and way overpriced! Or that sets are half finished. A half blown up AT-ST missing the cockpit, Half of Yoda's Hut. Where the hell is the back of the hut? Or a half Mos Eisley Cantina? This is not a cantina, it's a toolshed! And that just pisses me off. Come one man! 79,99 euros for a 519 piece Tie-Fighter? I could go on a while....
Lego is starting to screw us over by asking ridiculous prices for half finished sets!
Bye Bye Darth Vader Pod!!! I'll pass.....
Went to order this and ‘Garmadon, Garmadon, GARMADON’ the UK and Zane Dojo Pod AND The Minifigure Factory promo has disappeared (have tried multiple sets over the £35 and £55 pricepoints). What’s going on???
Has the Minifigure Factory Set (5005358-1) promotion been suspended during this promotion or has it just come to an end early? Didn't seem to be running when I looked on the Lego website.
@Jdbrickstudios @Bricklunch
They ran out. Four days into a 3-week-long promotion.
Doh!
That Millennium Falcon set is one damn ugly ship, and £150 too. I must say that Disney have a knack for taking classic Star Wars vehicle designs and producing ghastly new versions - the Star Destroyer and AT-AT from a recent film and this Falcon are good examples of this.
@Sabreman64
I actually love the new FO Star Destroyer, it's just so much sleeker than an ISD
@bananaworld: Thanks for the info.
glad to read others are bummed on new sets, I want to feel bad for the designers as I imagine them presenting awesome creations in meetings only to have execs cut them in half & jack the price, it's almost like watching the simpsons these days, it's a shitty parody of itself, it's a reverse mutiny, when is the last time they was an original set, lukes hut without the metal door?
Fellow Aussie Lego Star Wars fans.
K-Mart has the TIE fighter (75211) and it is 20% off (yes already). So buying it, I still felt it was overpriced, just not ridiculously overpriced.
