What is your favourite Star Wars minifigure?

I know what you mean, I reckon that one of the remaining polls will be on modern city and lego themes, and the other on other licences

Out of this list, I actually found it pretty hard to pick, I eventually went for concept boba fett, as it is one of the few from this list I own, plus I love it's perfect simplicity and style. Still miffed that none of the pilots made the short list though. I would have taken any pilot minifig over any on this list. Oh well..

I don't have much of an opinion on SW minifigs as far as personal reference goes. I appreciate that I'm a bit odd. So I'm going with the one I own which has the most detail: UCS Boba Fett.

Also, must echo others on here as to the dearth of original trilogy content. But if it comes from the users I can't grumble but must reflect on my obviously ageing preferences...!

My vote was for the ARC Trooper, not my favorite clone trooper, but the best on this list.

Yep, if someone had asked for Star Wars, I'd have said Luke Skywalker in his original orange flight suit. Although mainly because I come from a time when orange LEGO was a myth. Failing that, the original Darth Vader was a brilliant figure at the time.

Second choice would be Shaak Ti, who appeared in the videogame long before actually being made as a minifigure.

I'm gonna have to go with Revan. Aside from possibly chrome C-3PO he is the coolest one that comes to mind anyway!

I had trouble deciding, but for some reason I went with ARC Trooper. There are some great choices, though, including the newer Ahsoka Tano and Boba Fett.

I am on Brickset every day and I don't remember seeing a poll to pick minifigs for this list. I have to agree with @buffbrick on the selections presented. There isn't a figure there that I would consider in the top 20 of the best SW minifigs.

My favourite is one of the R2D2s which isn't on the list. Of the ones that are, I like Amidala most. I don't have that minifigure but remember thinking how cool it was when it came out.

I do have Vader 7150 in my display collection but recognise that it isn't the greatest SW minifigure. The other DV on the list is better.

I wonder how strong the bias is in favour of minifigures one owns. Obviously, there is some relationship: if you like a minifigure, you're more likely to get it. But how strong is that effect? Do you own the minifigure you voted for?

Very difficult but settled on Boba. Again have to say having two Darth vaders is sure to mean the combination may beat other but on their on they wont win. Lots of those good, Amadala is great but not really a minifig. Nearlt wnt Oola and Arc

Tough choice for me. The ARC Trooper was the coolest Clone ever to me as a kid. But that Boba Fett is in one of my favorite sets.

I actually love the battle droid and super battle droid figs, so simple but pretty much perfect - I mean, their design has barely changed since they were first released. 7150 Darth Vader is pretty iconic too. I went with white Boba because I just love that fig.

I know I am kind of cheating with these polls as I do not own most of these figures (I do own the Shadow ARF trooper). However, even though I don't own this figure as of yet, I really adore the latest Darth Vader design as I just love his new helmet, updated prints and the newer style cape. I'm actually hoping to get the Darth Vader's Transformation set relatively soon, as all the figures are great.

My favourite SW minifig is Han Solo from 75212: Kessel Run Millennium Falcon set, but he is not here so I voted for Ahsoka Tano, looks really great.

I want to cheat and vote Dagobah Luke with Yoda on his back (definitely counts as 1) from the recent 75208 Yoda's hut. But since they're not an option, I'll vote classic Vader.

From childhood--the old TRU chrome Stormtrooper was always cool--just wish I'd left the thing in the pack.

Darth Vader (7150) > Darth Vader (75093). It may not be as detailed as the newer model, but it has that undeniable LEGO charm that makes it a shining example of what "LEGO Star Wars" should be.

Voted for Vader 7150's classy iconic look, though my favourite would be Cloud City Boba, (all the extra printing on the newer ones makes him too 'fussy' for my liking).

Loved the microfighter U-Wing pilot, but has gotta be Boba. I remember being astounded and impressed by the leap of quality at the time to create such detail.

I'm sure I'm just being nostalgic but that old Vader was the perfect balance of cartoony LEGO and "realistic" detail, so that has my vote.

...but I did vote for Queen Amidala as that fig is fantastic - and the Royal robes leg element hasn't yet been used again as far as I'm aware. Even the hair is perfect!

The Boba Fett that's currently winning is nice - but not the best Star Wars figure. I guess that's the difference between the previous 'classic' vote and this one - people may just be voting for the character they liked most rather than the best designed minifig and Boba Fett has always had a massive following.

Tough from that list I would have to say concept Boba Fett because it is a neat minifig but 2 Vader’s really? I get it sorta but Oola (That person was named Oola??!??!??!!) and we don’t have any Jedi really no Luke Han or Leia I understand how it works but the selection is kinda sad. I am kinda weird liking the concept Boba Fett I just think it is different and interesting.

@The Rancor the resistance bomber is an amazing set with amazing crew [minus holdo and poe holdo wasn’t even in the bomber scene] I would’ve voted for any of them in a heartbeat.

Boba Fett for me. My next choices were Queen Amidala and the newer version of Darth Vader. However, I felt like this list was not really representative of the greatest Star Wars minifigs. No Darth Maul? No Stormtrooper?

I like the old Jango Fett figure from 2002. I'm a sucker for the older look of lego star wars. I like the first iteration of the phase I clone trooper, also.

How in the world did the Shadow ARF Trooper get on the list? It's a woefully unremarkable figure.

I think the pilot from the u-wing microfighter, just because of that spectacular helmet mould, which I still can't believe they made specificallt to be released solely in a set costing just £9.

I can't bring myself to vote for any of these -- most of them feel as if they are more popular because of the character themselves, not the nature of the minifigure.

A great example of the dichotomy - the original LEGO Dengar minifigure (2006) is one of my favorite minifigures of all time, because I couldn't get past that ninja hood! I had very little interest in the source character at the time, but the minifigure design interested me enough to make me curious about him. :)

I like Ashoka, but I thought her minifig was lackluster though, in contrast, and while the newer Boba Fett figs have amazing printing, the innacurate jetpack kills me every time. :/

Going to have to go with the classic Vader. Not the one I had but pretty close. Also, this was the Vader from the classic Lego Star wars games, I believe and I loved those games so extra bonus points!
