An Agents set, *and* a sub? Sweet. I never did pick this one up, but I did like the sub.
^ In general. I thought the 2008 Agents line was a pretty good one. Definitely one of Lego's better non - licensed themes, for certain. Another theme I strangely like that I'm ashamed that I missed out on was Exo - Force just because the villains were so cool looking and the guys had weird hairstyles
LOVED this set and this line! Before they came out with Agents 2.0, I was all over this theme.
Wow! A set I actually own! Really miss these sets
^ Exo-force was *amazing*. C'mon Huwbot, get on that.
But I liked Agents too. Particularly since we got another really cool Lego villain out of the line, namely, Doctor Inferno and his various minions.
What a great set! One of the non-licensed themes I miss the most:/ Never did pick this one up.
Man I used to oggle over this set all the time as a kid. The glow in the dark octopus is definitely the highlight for me, such a neat creature.
In the first wave of Lego Agents, I got all the sets. Except the two biggest ones, the truck and volcano. The two I wanted the most. Sigh...
One of my tavourite themes, I still can't forget how excited I was when I got all the star stickers for the agents card.
That octopus is so cool!
This set was honestly awesome. I'd love to take the time to find the pieces and put it back together, the problem is, they've gone into so many Mocs that it would be pretty difficult.
The great part about this line was that the models never needed any modifications to make them cooler. I can't even think of a way to make the sub cooler. Maybe an oversized missile in the bow?
Now I'm getting some funny ideas...
8635 Mobile Command Unit (the agent truck) is possibly my overall favorite Lego set! But they are all great, really!
I bought the whole line during the last few years (was well into my dark ages when this came out originally); this set and the volcano base were somewhat hard to get for a decent price. But eventually I managed...
Love agents. My parents got me the Turbocar Chase and Mobile Command Centre for Christmas. Always wanted the plane and the the boat but never really interested in this set. I think it came out a bit later in the year than the main six but I could be wrong
The box art on these ocean-themed Agents sets always intrigued me. It was a neat aesthetic.
LEGO agents is one of the best themes ever.
