While numerous superb entries were submitted, we were especially impressed with Harrison's entry on Instagram. This display strikes an ideal balance between spreading the models out and exploiting the available room, thereby creating an exceptional display.

They're just as bad as each other IMO, neither will let you even browse them without an account (and of course both have the same horrible privacy issues). The better option would be have it open to any image hosting site and require submissions to be linked in a brickset forum. That way anyone here would have the ability to enter. Whether it be through Flickr, Instagram, Facebook, hell Imgur lets you host pictures without an account.
For a second there I thought the winner was the thumbnail and began to regret not entering
