Polybag promotions at LEGO.com

Two polybags are now available from LEGO.com, with purchases exceeding £40, $40 or €40.
30434 Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR Pro is available with any purchase over the threshold, while 30589 Go-Kart Racer will be added to your cart when spending over £40, $40 or €40 on City sets.
City purchases will qualify for both promotions.

The 30434 (Aston Martin) is not appering in my Cart. Is there any code needed to add in order to get it in the Cart?

HILARIOUS. The Aston Martin just arrived in my mailbox yesterday after I bought it on eBay for $10. The McLaren polybag from last year never got used as a GWP (unlike the Lamborghini polybag from 2020) so I doubted the Aston Martin would get the GWP treatment. I have excellent timing.

I was hoping this mini Speed Champions would turn up as a GWP in June, same as the last 2 did. It hasn't been in any local shops, and I begrudge paying £9 from Amazon for a £3.50 polybag!

The Aston Martin polybag has been floating around in some Tesco stores and Toymaster stores.Saw both polybags in Kids Stuff toy shop in Uckfield couple of weeks ago at £3.49 each.

In all fairness you are paying $40 for other Lego sets and the polybag is free. This month Speed Champions set 76909 has x2 VIP so you could earn double points and a GWP. I can see a lot of people with smaller budgets doing exactly that.

I don't think anyone is paying $40+ just for this polybag. However, it will help people already planning a purchase to go. It's nice to have GWP at an accessible price point. I also really like that it has a bunch of small pieces which makes it more useful to me.
As I had neither polybag yet, I ordered the overpriced City Space Ride truck and got two free Polybags.
Oh THE SAVINGS! :)

Nah, see, they even each other out. Since the set costs more, it clears a higher threshold for GWPs. Now people can stop complaining that they can’t find enough stuff to buy to qualify for them.
