40056 Thanksgiving Feast now listed for other countries
Posted by Grahame,
40056, Thanksgiving Feast, is currently listed for other countries (in addition to the US, where Thanksgiving sets are usually exclusive to) however it is presently shown as being sold out.
We don't celebrate Thanksgiving as such in my part of the world so it's good to see this particular set being made available to others. There are some great accessories in this set like two kittens and a roasted turkey!
Update: Set now showing as available.

2 CATS A PIE AND A TURKEY!
^And a barrel, two rare torsos, a golden plate, two sausages, a bread piece, carrot/carrot top, two bottles, two transparent white mugs, a pan, and some light tan 6x6 plates which are always nice.
Wow...
^3 sausages!
The Lego shop in Westfield, Shepherds Bush said they had them out the back but couldn't yet sell them.
@starfire2, two sausages, the third is probably the extra element that Brickset shows.
Already maked as `sold out` in the norwegian LEGO.com.. Hmm..
^^ i thought there was three sausages 0_0
Need pie ;)
It will be available after site update at noon - as always. Same story as with the holiday stuff month or so ago.
Oh boy oh boy I can't wait for this set!
May celebrate thanks giving just because of the amazing parts in this set!
YO MAMA
@Patch22, THIS MYSTERY WILL BE SOLVED! :-P :-P :-P :-P :-P :-P
I guess that the set will be available after Halloween
I reviewed this set on my channel! Same name as my username
I admit it -- I'll be buying this just for the turkey and kitties.
This is the kind of set I used to dream of...and the kitties are good for a TPB moc I've been wanting to make for a while now

BTW the inventory lists 3.
Cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As of 11:11 eastern time it is showing as sold out on LEGO.com. What gives???
if you look closely at the 2nd bottle http://www.brickset.com/parts/?part=4633925 it has a printing which in set 4191 Captain's Cabin http://www.brickset.com/detail/?Set=4191-1 it is a ship in a bottle
Wow, what a parts pack! I need this set and perhaps I can mod it into a Christmas feast!
2 cats, a turkey, 6x6 plates... WOOO HOOO!!!
Its a great set! I have 2 already (picked them up at LEGOLAND California) and am seriously thinking about getting a few more.
And I can confirm there are 3 sausages ;)
If you look closely at the picture, you can see the third sausage between the other two.
Ordered one. Fab! :-)
Sold out on LEGO.com in the US. Bummer.
I didn't know they ate kittens at Thanksgiving.
We love Thanksgiving here in America !!! Yes, we sometimes eat cats with an appitizer of rats !!!
They are up on LEGO.com now, phew. Definitely should not use "sold out" to mean not yet live.
Available on the Canadian LEGO.com site, but wasn't there last night!!!
@Model Gal, I stand corrected... :-P
@starfire, and the inventory shows 47/46 parts, that's what I was talking about. ;-)
I have to say this is an awesome set. I recently purchased it upon my recent trip to the LEGO store and I'm very pleased with it.
I don't believe that this is a real set. It's got too many awesome, rare pieces, in great quantities, as well as for a borderline insane price. It's too good to be true...
But, fortunately, it is. :P I'll have to grab one these as soon as I can find one. :P Okay... 2 kitties, 1 pie, 1 turkey w/ 2 drumsticks, 2 bottles, one printed, 2 (or 3?) sausages, 1 gold dish, 1 french bread, 2 minifigs that I do not yet possess, and 2 ever-useful tan plates. Pretty cool. :P
@coson, i looked at the inventory and it says it has a warm gold plate and a gold ink plate, but the the picture only
shows one plate.
Two days ago I bought three at the Lego Store at the Mall of America in Minnesota. They didn't have any on the shelves but I asked one of the staff members and he asked a manager who had three left on him. I can confirm that they are 3 sausages, and one of the wine bottles is the ship-in-a-bottle, and there is one gold serving plate. This is an amazing deal for this many rare pieces - I have been wanting the turkey for some time. I didn't have either of those cats before either. I'm keeping one and then sending the other two to my sisters with a note that says "this year, Thanksgiving dinner is on me...."
