Such a useful piece, with so many uses. Same goes for the inverted version.

Very cool part, along with it's pair cut-off version, that is becoming more common now.

Would love to see such parts in transparent for various things like car lights and such, especially the cut-off version that effect can't be done with cheese slopes.

A set like 910017 : Kakapo is pretty much dependant on it, and the smaller bow shapes.

The part also works very well for small sets like 31125 : Fantasy Forest Creatures

I don't see any bows here.

@Atuin:
Transparent parts require different molds due to the difference in “shrink factor” (the rate at which the materials contract as they cool from molding temps to room temp). Expanding the range of colors is easy, as all you have to do is burn a new element slot on any color that’s possible with current molds. Expanding the range of materials requires someone higher up the food chain greenlights a new mold, which is not always guaranteed success. Imagine trying to pitch why they need to make a new mold for transparent 16x16 plates. Or being delusional enough to think it was worth bothering in an attempt to gain approval for transparent Mixel sockets, when it took an Act of Mouse to get them to make one socketed element in two shades of grey that have already been approved for other Mixel socket elements.

This has become one of my favorite parts recently. I love how much detail you can add with it.

Has it REALLY been almost 10 years since this was first released in 2013?!?

Heck, next year Lone Ranger / Legends of Chima sets will be available for Random Set of the Day.

I need to go take an aspirin, my brain now hurts....

These curved plates were a revolution in the LEGO system. Not very many parts can be described as truly transformative for set design, but this (along with the other sizes of curved slope) is one of them.

*applause*
Take a bow…just not this one.

@watcher21:
Friends has been allowed for six months, but with just one year on tap, it has managed to avoid being picked…so far.

One more for the list of parts that I had no idea even existed until I received 75187 as the surprise Christmas gift that heralded the end of my 'dark age'. Lots of orange ones for detailing on the circle patterns around his body.
