Ah, such a useful piece. All of the quarter-circle tiles are.
Especially around the base of an Atari joystick!
Just *sniff* perfect.
Yes they are great and very useful but i would be nice to also have the corresponding plates.
Also, what bow?
Why not: tile quarter circle 4x4, tile quarter circle 3x3, tile quarter circle 2x2, etc.
Mouth guard.
@HOBBES:
The closest you’ve got right now is equivalent to a 2x2 macaroni plate with 1x1 plates on the ends. It can pair well with 2x2 macaroni tiles, except it can’t produce a perfect circle, and it’d stick out if paired with this tile.

True, I'm building a moc at the moment (stud.io of a landing baseplate for 10497 - makes the parts ordering easier with a stud.io model - looks like the landing pad will cost as much as the ship!) and I 'used' one of those parts (part 80015: plate, round corner 5x5 with 4x4 curved cutout), totally useless. I had to revert to the tile, at least the tile conforms to a proper circle (crater). Unless you need only one quarter of a circle sandwiched between two walls at 90 degree, then these parts might be ok; other than that, it does not do much good.
@HOBBES:
It was most likely developed for 75551, where the longer tabs allowed them to anchor stacks of macaroni bricks. Previously, the original 2x2 macaronis could be stacked vertically, or in a spiral, but they had weak clutch because they were completely hollow. The modern version improves the clutch, but renders the spiral stack trick impossible.
The 4x4 round plate and 4x4 O-plate can anchor a chimney assembly of 2x2 macaroni bricks, but don’t work well to anchor a quarter-circle column into a wall. That 5x5 plate will work for a double-convex corner like the giant Minions, a double concave corner, or a hybrid used to create a setback. It’s far from useless, but it wasn’t created to fill a recognized hole in the system.
When someone who’s a mother has this piece that makes it a Mam Bow No 5, just pointing that out
I wish they would make a plate version of this part.

Dad joke
So, recently with the newer material, it looks like LEGO can make more existing pieces in transparent.
There's a lot of potential.
https://brickset.com/parts/design-11477 or https://brickset.com/parts/design-29119 in transparent would make some great shapes for car lights etc.

Those names might suggest a full wedge, whereas bow suggests just the perimeter. Though “arc” might be a better label.

You got it! That's even better. I'm all for the shortest names possible: tile arc 4x4, tile arc 3x3, tile arc 2x2, etc. Easy to say and accurately convey what it is. Now getting a job at Lego as 'nomenclature expert' ;-)

I mean, they’re joking about moms, so
