What a terrible pun. Ben 10 beat LEGO to it (I think), but I'm sure someone else also got there long before them, too.

The price of this one is pretty obscene, glad I got the minifigure before the price skyrocketed, it's one of my favorites of the Ninjago Gimmick set designs

By in Canada,

I found this fig in a cheap random box. Twice. When I say cheap I mean I got the whole box for under the market value of this fig. So if I ever sell them each box is gravy. Funny enough though, no cards or spinners.

It’s also a pretty good holographic-looking print.

Wouldn't be Ninjago without the unnecessary collectable gimmick.

This and Jay DX tend to go for decent money. These were just sitting at the bottom of my tub of LEGO, disassembled. Had no idea these were fairly valuable until recently.

Glad I got the full set back when they were in stores. Apparently, these cards are somewhat rare.

@Grammaticul:
I do own this. Probably. I know I got all four of the NRG ninja, but now I'm miffed that NRG Nya looks absolutely nothing like the other four, and NRG La-Loyd doesn't even exist. And I think it was NRG Cole whose hand cracked open.

I got this figure back in 2021, but I've been searching for the cards since, with no luck. For whatever reason no one in US sells them

It would have been interesting to see them tackle true potential forms in Legacy. That way we would have the translucent plastics for them.

This... set... aaaaaargh

I own it by virtue of having managed to buy all the parts except for the cards from literally multiple continents. So in 2020 I finally managed to complete the quartet.

Thing is, I used to sell these while there were a rare few still lingering in obscure stores 8 months after their release. And I couldn't bring myself to open them at the time because even then it doubled your money.
I always left a few for other people btw, in case local people still wanted one.

I’m sure it’s supposed to some cool power up but really that just looks painful. Jay, buddy, do you need some painkillers?

I think Golden Ninja Lloyd is probably as good an NRG variant for him as anything.

New personality type just dropped.

Ah......
Back when spinners were still good. The original spinner designer is still the best IMO.

This was my favorite set and minifig when I was young so it's cool to see it as set of the day!

The NRG Ninja and the spinners bring back so many memories. Good to see Ninjago has evolved so much, yet stayed so true to its origins.
