Amazon Mexico has published images of 31154 Forest Animals: Red Fox, as well as the Star Wars sets revealed yesterday.

This set will probably be released on the 1st of March and contains 667 pieces, with a squirrel and an owl as its alternative models.

View those animals, which each look almost as impressive as the fox, after the break...

Creator 3-in-1 has already provided some wonderful animal-based sets this year and 31154 Forest Animals: Red Fox seems to be another. What do you think of the set? Let us know in the comments.

By in United Kingdom,

Lovely model and a fantastic dark orange parts pack! Might have to get a few of these when they go on discount...

Gravatar
By in Germany,

Cool!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Fox Mammal! Squirrel Mammal! Owl Bird!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Those all look impressive.

Forget the "fauna collection", 3-in-1 is where it's at for animal models.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

For fox sake, this set looks amazing! Love the squirrel!

"Forest" animals? I been in a lot of forests and I've seen a lot of red foxes, but never have the two combined. :-D

They're very much urban animals in this part of the world; the ones I used to encounter cycling home late at night in London had disconcertingly little fear of humans... Gave those packs a wiiiide berth!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

All three look pretty decent. Any word on the price, I'm guessing £40 based on the part count.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

A very cunning fox, having such excellent 2nd and 3rd models that you simply have to buy 3 sets!

Fox on the run. You scream and everybody comes.

Gravatar
By in Germany,

"Red Fox standing by!"

Gravatar
By in United States,

That looks wonderful

Gravatar
By in United States,

These Beast Wars sets are turning out nicely.

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

All three models look great, though the squirrel is definitely my favorite.

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

The ears look a bit weird, but other than that this looks pretty great! But the best part might actually be those alternate builds. Just looking at these pictures, I'd have a hard time telling which of the three would be the main model. Can't think of many Creator 3-in-1 sets where the 3 builds are all on such an equal level.

50€ if rumors are to be believed, so probably £45.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Man there are a lot of sets with great SPACE parts in them this year. This looks great!

Gravatar
By in United States,

This looks amazing! It seems to be in a similar realistic style to 31129 ! Wait... this fox isn't gonna have a butthole, is it? It better not.

Still, the alternate builds look amazing! The squirrel and owl are just as realistic as the fox, which is something you don't always see with Creator sets. I have to say, the 3-in-1 line is really going all out this year.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Oh wow, this is one I will definitely want three of.

Could you display this fox with the recently revealed London telephone box or are the scales too different?

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

This is a Must buy!!!

Gravatar
By in United States,

looks like i'm buying three of this one!

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

For 31117 I ended up Bricklinking and building the other two builds.

I feel like doing that with this set too and see if I can build the squirrel and owl in alternative colours.

Gravatar
By in Italy,

beautiful set, but let's hope that by dismantling the pieces the brown one won't break!!!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Does it include a suitable Dark Pink 24866 like 31129?

That issue seems to have been resolved some time ago.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Is this licensed by Disney? They own FOX.

Gravatar
By in United States,

These look fantastic, just as great as the 31150 Wild Safari Animals. Comment on two other posts: never heard of any statement from LEGO that they resolved the issue with reddish-brown. Sorry, the bricks with that color will forever break. I got a small bin of shattered pieces (pun intended) in that color. As for these animals found in a city such as London, that’s nice for you, but I’ve seen all three whilst camping in the forest here in the US.

Gravatar
By in Canada,

The fox looks great and I think the little pine tree is an almost as impressive construction!

Gravatar
By in United States,

It's a nice set, but I'm gonna pose a question everyone would like to know the answer to:

'What does the fox say?'

(I can't believe nobody had done that up until this point)

Gravatar
By in France,

Waw these look amazing

a) It's the big one! I'm coming for you Elizabeth!

b) Boom Boom!

c) A kiss to the winner? Oodelaly! Come on, Johnny! What are we waiting for?

d) Hatsekidee! Lekker smikkelen en smullen!

Gravatar

‘Fox’ me! ‘Whooooo’ else will be going ‘nuts’ for these? I already am!

"Ring-ding-ding-ding-dingeringeding!"

Thanks, I almost forgot about this.

This set looks great. I love the squirrel grabbing ahold of that acorn.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I just want the tree and stump.

Gravatar
By in Hungary,

Only for Hungarians: Fürge róka lábak, surranó kis árnyak...

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

I'm gonna need two. One for the fox and one for the owl.

Gravatar
By in Canada,

(pedant)These animals are shown in a winter setting. Foxes change colours in winter. The fox should be tan and light grey with quite a bit of white.(/pedant)

Very nice models. I will get this as well as the giraffe.

It's neat that you can 'sit' the fox without rebuilding.

Here in the western United States, I've seen and heard more foxes in forests and in small mountain towns than in cities. I do see a few in my city, but they tend to stay nearer the wooded areas; raccoons are the urban animals here.

Gravatar
By in United States,

This may instantly be my favorite 3-in-1 Creator animal set of recent years! And I say that despite loving the previous Tiger and current Giraffe sets.

Why? Why are we giving this fox a set? When some of the greatest beasts in the world... Never got a dinner?

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

This is amazing, and all 3 builds look fantastic.

Gravatar
By in Puerto Rico,

That owl....

Gravatar
By in Sweden,

The Creator team are absolutely killing it this year.

Like the new giraffe set this one would be worth buying 3 copies of just to be able to have all three models on display at the same time.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

I like the look of this, we have a lot of squirrels and owls around here, I've yet to see a fox.

Just need a pheasant and a monkjack now.

Gravatar
By in United States,

That owl looks better than anything Harry Potter's put out, and it's a B model. Incredible.

And this one's a triple-changer!

Gravatar
By in United States,

I like the Owl build better.

Gravatar
By in Australia,

All pretty good mechs. The Owl is probably the only one I’d build.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Oodelaly

Gravatar
By in United States,

@WizardOfOss:
Squirrel doesn’t use the green planty bits, and the owl is about half the size of the fox. While all three could be A models for their own set, this mix is pretty clearly based around the fox.

@AverageChimaEnjoyer:
If the fox doesn’t have one, you got a spare with the tiger that you can always add!

@CCC:
They’ve claimed the problem was fixed, but we won’t really have proof until parts from successive years stop turning brittle. I think @AustinPowers once clarified when the earliest brittle parts started shipping, and I remember ten years being about how long it took to know one way or the other, but we never got an official timeline. For my purposes, I’ve been considering anything 2019+ to be safe, 2018 to be suspect, and anything prior to 2018 unsafe. I would not buy those parts on Bricklink unless there’s no way they could have been produced during the bad years (i.e. printed parts, or parts that were never produced in those colors pre-2019).

@ @Librarian1976 said:
"Is this licensed by Disney? They own FOX."

They bought 20th Century Fox. This, however, is clearly a 21st century fox.

@LuvsLEGO_Cool_J:
About five years ago, an official statement was released saying there was a problem, that they were aware of the problem, that they figured out the cause of the problem, that they figured out a solution to fix the problem, and that they waited long enough to verify that the problem was corrected before making a statement about it. What they didn’t say was what caused the problem, when it started, what they did to fix it, or when they implemented the solution.

@HOBBES:
By way of rebuttal, I give you…a fox butt:

https://www.pinterest.com/pin/342484746637492058/

In the Arctic, sure, snowshoe hares and arctic foxes mostly turn pure white in the winter, but the arctic fox summer coat is more brown than red. And there are both pale and dark variants of the larger red fox, but I’ve seen tons of photos and footage showing foxes with bright orange fur diving into deep snow. I can find sites that claim the red fox, particularly in arctic regions, changes color in the winter, but I can’t tell if they’re just getting it mixed up with the smaller arctic fox, or if the color change is just more subtle with the red fox.

@gunther_schnitzel:
I want to have Squirrelzilla chasing a terrified group of 71032-8.

@TeaWeevil:
Foxes may adapt to living in cities to get away from larger, human-shy predators, but coyotes adapt more readily to urban settings, and are a threat to foxes.

By in United States,

Another great set to do with the kids… at least 3x times. - Whomever is coming up with these type sets at LEGO is absolutely doing a great job.

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

It's a nice fox for a David the Gnome cartoon minifigure to ride on.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Fantastic set! All 3 build are amazing. I’ll be picking up at least one of these.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Think back a couple decades ago. Organic shapes like this were extremely difficult in LEGO (if not impossible).

Sets like this are a feat.

Gravatar
By in Turkey,

As an animal lover Lego hurting my wallet. All 3 models looks great.
Also bird build reminded me of Ideas Birds set 21301.

Gravatar
By in United States,

rumored to be priced at $49.99. It’ll most likely be a March 2024

Gravatar
By in United States,

Really cool set! One the best three in one models

Gravatar
By in United States,

I might have to get more than one of these. It's not often that you get a 3-in-1 where ALL of the models are main-model quality.

Plus they're really cute!

Gravatar
By in United States,

How much will it cost?

Gravatar
By in United States,

The owl is the standout for me. I think I would get this and leave it on that build.

Gravatar
By in Russian Federation,

They've killed it.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

I see Dave and Gus from Lego Masters Australia season 3 are settling into their new jobs nicely then!

Gravatar
By in Canada,

May look good displayed with an assortment of pieces from 31133.....and maybe a few red bricks thrown in as well! ;)

Gravatar
By in United States,

Oooh

This 3-1 set looks fantastic - the Fox build looks so good... the Owl and Squirrel looks equally awesome too

Definitely going to need to get three of this set for all 3 builds

LEGO has really been nailing the 3-1 sets this year, because i'm interested in most of them equally

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

And we haven't learned about this along with the january wave... why? Is Creator now also going to bombard us with piecemeal patches of small batches of set reveals?
