That GWP makes me think... Modular Flower Store! Maybe this is a hint of things to come?

Fabuland 2.0 erased from highlights? Harumph

By in United Kingdom,

Also two Polybags with £45 spend (Animal Crossing and Friends Beach cleanup)

Offended that the glorious new Animal Crossing theme isn’t in your highlights! :-P

By in United States,

This is Animal Crossing erasure! The new Harry Potter sets are great, too.

Just got Julian's Birthday Party and Isabelle's House Visit, as well as the polybag gifts-with-purchase. I can't wait to build them!

Yes! Animal Crossing for Lego president!

40703 Micro Ninjago City is available in VIP Rewards for 2700 points.

Gravatar
By in Canada,

I bought ALL FIVE of the BEST new sets that you neglected to mention :P

Good thing ramen packs were on sale for $0.37 at Walmart because now I'm broke!

Gravatar
By in Australia,

Absolute stuff all GWP’s over here :/
But I do like the new Green Goblin and Iron Spider Construction figures that are up for preorder though.

The Lego site states, "The modular set is the first in a series that can be connected to three other micro sets (sold separately) to complete a small NINJAGO City."

By in Netherlands,

New rule: spending on Normal PAB parts does not qualify for 40680
Customers service claimed this was allways the rule.
But this is the first GWP so far to give me this issue.

By in United Kingdom,

Couldn't resist the excellent Snow White's Cottage (plus Flower Store freebie).
I see that the rather good 31154 is already on backorder... that was quick!

Gravatar
By in Ireland,

Ordered all the Animal Crossing sets but two are on Back Order. I didn't want to pre-order since I thought they'd include the polybag as a GWP on launch day. I'm in no rush for them so I'm glad I waited for the offer.

By in Canada,

The GWP is cute, but I'm going to wait until the next double points event to get Snow White's Cottage and the A-Frame Cabin, which is currently on back order. I'm using up a pile of points to help with that order, so I'd like to replenish the horde.
There are so many great sets to choose from!

Don't you love it when Lego Customer Service insists on blatant lies and tries to tell you what is accurate when we know far, far better than they do... and it's their freaking job!

BTW, added a PaB lot to my bag (in USA) and GWP appeared (as usual). Not sure if max needs to be Standard or Best Seller. Up till now, it hasn't mattered (I bought 7 or more of the last 3 big GWPs with a mix of both). Under the Terms as stated, Standard PaB is excluded. Yet, that's been the case for awhile and hasn't been enforced. So, yeah, usual Lego bs!

By in Netherlands,

Great releases this month. Will wait for a GWP of my liking and/or double points, though. The flower shop's cute, but not collecting micro scale.

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

@StyleCounselor Yeah my feeling as well.
"Standard PaB has always been excluded" was also what I got told, and I was like sure do explain all my orders from the last 12 months giving no isues.
Am getting it since they had enough stock but very annoying.

By in United States,

Waiting patiently for Barad Dur...

Very annoying.

Tried a couple experiments. Sure enough, a completely Standard PaB lot won't get the GWP anymore. A fully Best-Seller lot will get the GWP.

Still not sure if a mixture of both (which I have previously done many times) to reach threshold will work.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Bought a few of the Animal Crossing sets to meet the £45 threshold for the GWP, otherwise would've waited for the normal shops to discount the sets.

Yup. Foolishly got my hopes up that the Flower Store will be available, click through to Australian site and.... nothing. Seems i'll be waiting to get the Medieval Town Square.

By in United Kingdom,

Can anyone find 75377: Invisible Hand in UK shops ? Don't think its Lego exclusive.

There's one in 10255 actually! This is a little different but feels similar to that part of the set.

By in United States,

Medieval town square will have to wait for a better GWP. Speed Champions I'm already behind on, but these new ones are so good.

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

@StyleCounselor Only bestseller works fine
I had a mixture (also worked in the past Hi cute 40712) and that failed now.

That stinks! Thanks for the heads up.

Medieval town square will have to wait for a better GWP. Also waiting on the official reveal of the Dungeons & Dragons set, as well as more info on the X-Men Mansion.

Same here. I recently 'read' the building instructions for 42181, 42178, 42180 and they all look very interesting (especially 42181). I do not have the 4 HotW and this store is not very interesting (to me). I'll be waiting for a better GWP or double VIP points. A lot of my purchases have been delayed this year since I have not been a fan of what was on offer. I suppose I'll get the 'Space Technic' sets elsewhere and keep my Lego.com purchases for exclusives only (also looking forward to D&D - even though I never played the game).

These are two of the most important LEGO events of the year, along with the eventual reveals of the D&D CMF series and Barad-dur. Can't wait. If 1989 me read these comments, he would probably self-combust. I'm glad I can meet these announcements now with the mellowness of age - oh, who am I kidding. If they reveal the X-Mansion and Barad-dur on the same day, you can find my smoking remains in front of this computer.

By in United States,

If only the mediaval town square was cheaper. Sigh….

Gravatar
By in United States,

When would Target start to carry the Red Fox set?

Gravatar
By in United States,

I am not seeing the Flower Store gift with purchase on the U.S. LEGO site. No advertisement for it and even when I put over $200 worth of items in the shopping cart nothing appears.

That’s because it’s already “sold out”.

I am exactly in the same boat. GWP are not exciting at all, at least for me.

Gravatar
By in United States,

The GWP Flower Shop sold out in a few hours on day 1 here in the US. ;(

Gravatar
By in United States,

10332 enroute for delivery on WED along with GWP.

Gravatar
By in Sweden,

I will only buy the Town Square if it comes with a decent GWP like Saber Island or a remake of 6038 Wolfpack Renegades.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Oddly enough, although I live in the USA, when I put $200+ worth of sets in my basket today the Flower Shop GWP showed up--and stayed there through the purchasing process. I'm pleased!
