21356 River Steamboat was announced earlier today and a gift-with-purchase to accompany the set has now been revealed.

5009157 Amelia Ticket Booth will be available exclusively with the River Steamboat between the 7th and 13th of April and contains 152 pieces. LEGO has provided the following short description:

This detailed LEGO Amelia Ticket Booth building toy features a ticket window, tower, jetty and a flag. Decorations include printed elements marked ‘TICKET’ and ‘AMELIA’ with schedule information. Inside the building is a riverboat museum with a small riverboat model and a microfigure.

What do you think of this gift-with-purchase? Let us know in the comments.

Not super exciting, not gonna lie.

Bit of an unnecessary gwp, but given the price and the timing of the release, I'll probably miss out on it anyway.

Again missed opportunity for a minifigure, ticket officer.

By in Netherlands,

So....the GWP gets two prints one of which is new and probably exclusive for this set, while the big €330 boat gets stickers even for the name....

And while it looks fine, I guess they can only load the boat using one of the two bridges?

Cute but very skippable.

not enticing. at all.

And expected an exclusive GWP to incentivize the purchase of this niche Ideas set upon release...

While I do like the look of it do find it out of my budget at this time so unfortunately will have to miss out on this associated GWP

Well the Steamboat is great. This Ticket Booth is OK for a perhaps £60 threshold freebie. The complete package will depend on other general GWPs also being available at the same time. As per 40757 and 40756

Yay more FOMO/scalper bait! I'm so looking forward to ridiculous prices on the second hand market!

Very underwhelming. Wouldn't even look good next to the Steamboat because of how small the booth is.

By in Serbia,

I can see why it is a GWP since I don't think anyone would ever spend any money on it specifically.

It's a cute little piece that other than the Amelia tile should be easy to replicate. Not sure it's enough to entice me to a day one purchase of the Riverboat.

Congrats on the 100 people who will be able to get this before it runs out.

I like it. I love the Steamboat.

Still thinking about whether this is a Day 1.

A fig or two would've sealed the deal. Why is Lego treating minifigs as if they are the Precious!?

Considering we got 40729 Shackleton's Lifeboat offered with 10335 The Endurance, this is rather lacklustre by comparison.

Well, considering we also got the 40699 Retro Record Player and the 40700 Winter Holiday Train GWPs along with 10335 and 40729 I'd want something more than just the Ticket Booth... 2nd 'Wonders of the Natural World' maybe?

I like the steamboat very much and will buy it someday, just not when it is released. Would have preferred that this was part of the set.

New LEGO plan: Cut out random side build from set and turn into GWP available for the first 4 or 5 hours.

This one clearly is not minifg scale.

By in Germany,

That looks more like the rowboat rental booth from Silent Hill 2 than any Boat Ticket Booth ive ever seen

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

should have been a raft with nod to huckleberry finn or mark Twain

By in Japan,

It's a nice little build which I'll eventually go find the instructions for but quite a pale and rather minor GWP considering the size and price of the set that it comes with....

By in United States,

It's a shame that they don't still have the mold for the Games microfig. That would scale better with this than a nanofig.

Is it just me or does this look like the Disney River Boat ticket booth at the theme park?
