Nice way to celebrate MAR05 day, but does this mean you’d need to get four copies of this set to kit out a car with those purple tires, and 5-8 copies if you want to actually show one coming into the pit row for a tire change?

Nice! I had two smaller Mario Kart sets left on my wishlist which was just enough to make it to the polybag threshold. Really enjoying these Mario Kart sets, and excited to see what other Mario sets might be revealed on MAR10 day itself!

I never want to find out the amount of hours I spent on Mario Kart on Wii. Great game!

I can't quite bring myself to buy any Mario Kart sets, but I do have a fondness for them.

It's the Cyber Slick. Slight speed-boost, bad handling, terrible traction. If Toad suggests this tyre, there's a very good chance you've wronged him somehow."

So if you only put one of these on a kart with three regular tires, it’s basically just like getting hit with a perpetual stream of shells?

Mario Kart Wii is a lot of fun! Which character and kart were your go-to? Mine are Yoshi and the Mach Bike.

Unlikely, as you'll mostly be languishing in last place, with no one behind you to shove shells into your tailpipe. I suppose it's possible that you'd be lapped by racers who build their karts with a greater degree of competence, though."

No, you misunderstood. One wheel that drives faster than the other three, with less control, is going to keep you constantly spinning out.

That's a good question, it seems so long ago.. I used my Mii a lot, and did end up completing Gold on all courses. I must have had a go-to.. I haven't plugged the Wii on in years - wonder if all my saves are OK? (might just dig the Wii out over the weekend, so thanks for this!)
And yes, I have just added 72031 to my basket as it's 23% off.
