Jango Fett's Slave 1 out now!
Posted by Huw,
The first of this year's Star Wars UCS sets, 75409 Jango Fett's Starship, is now available at LEGO.com.
The 2,970 piece set is priced at £259.99/$299.99/€299.99 and if you buy it this week you'll receive 40765 Kamino Training Facility, 30708 Millennium Falcon, and 5009394 Jango Fett's Starship Key Chain with your purchase.
Several other Star Wars sets have also been released and there are discounts on selected sets, listed after the break. In addition, there are 2x and 4x Insiders points on others.
Plus, if you do so via the link below, or any of our LEGO.com links for that matter, you'll be helping to keep Brickset online and free for everyone to use, so thank you in advance!

It's a lovely-looking set. I will definitely pick it up at some point. It will go nicely next to the original UCS Slave One. However, I do wonder if they will make a smaller play-scale version of Jango's variant.

Rumour is a ~$70 playscale set in August with 3 figs
There was a short period between midnight and 12:30 in the UK when the UCS Jango Slave I page wasn’t working but it seemed to fix itself in the end. Some of the other discounts are tempting, but not quite tempting enough!
Discounts on certain Star Wars sets?
Which ones? I can't seem to find any.
Not bad price.

You need to select 'LEGO Insiders Price' in the top left corner of the LEGO Star Wars theme page.
Update: Not any more it seems; the discounts should show on the theme page.
I would be interested to see what regional discounts are showing up on various Star Wars Lego products, if anyone has anything listed to share. A topic of interest, you might say.

You wrote, "You need to select 'LEGO Insiders Price' in the top left corner of the LEGO Star Wars theme page." Is that on a computer or mobile device? It doesn't seem to be an available option on an Android device.
For me the Insiders prices were automatically shown. Frankly, there's nothing particularly special there. I'm disappointed.
Make sure you are signed in to your account to see Insider prices.

The US sale doesn't kick off for another 4 hours, assuming that's the one you're trying to access

I am looking at a computer, but I assume it will not show up until midnight in each region. I have added the list of discounts for the UK and Europe to the article.

If it helps others, I'm UK on Android, (and logged in) and the prices were automatically shown.

£475.99 Venator while Argos have it at £445. Last December Argos had it for £373, which I believe was the lowest it's been.

Isn't the name of this set "Jango Fett's Starship" rather than Slave I?
I'll wait for the play-scale version first.
I love the set, I'm just still so confused about Boba's hair. It's clearly parted in the middle, and there are existing pieces like that. Such an odd choice.
Got the queue, as expected.
First time out of the queue Jango's Slave I still shows coming soon
Update: A couple refreshes and order placed at 12:05
Easiest queue experience ever, I have to say after the Shire debacle...
easiest transaction experience ever for a May 4th! In and out in less than 2 minutes. Got the Razor Crest with massive discount and my points.
Woo! That was the smoothest experience I’ve had yet for May 4th. No hiccups whatsoever, not even a queue.
I was in the middle of checking out and got hit with the queue!
I just made my purchase. It took 2 minutes. What happened to LEGO? I had coffee an hour ago because I thought I'd be fighting with the site for an hour and a half...
I was able to get into the website, but can't order 75409 .
Edit: Took a couple minutes for it to become available but was able to order it and check out fairly easily.
Ordered the Slave 1, Obi Wan's Starfighter from 2022, and used some points for the Rewards Slave 1 poster. Got in and out super fast. Thought it would take much longer.

Same here. On my phone (Android) I don't find those prices anywhere.
But I did find them when going directly to lego.com on my laptop.

Say my [ship's] name.
I was excited for the clone trooper GWP but none of the deals really move the needle for me. The few sets I'm interested in (and don't already own) aren't included in the discounts or double points, so maybe I will observe Star Wars Day by focusing on my existing collection.
Showcasing all the new Summer sets and BLDP at the same time as a lackluster May 4th pretty much guaranteed I would be passing on Star Wars this week.
Got Fett's ship after a few minutes of it not going up. Very pleasant queue experience overall. Hoping my local store has the Venator in stock: I'm eager to buy while we have such a good points deal in, but don't want to subject my poor postman to carrying a 20 pound box to my porch...
On backorder already. Sheesh. I placed my order almost two hours ago...
I think it was going back to my bag that got me caught last night. I was just about to submit my first order when I noticed the coin wasn’t listing, so I hit the button to return to bag (not the back button in the browser), and got hit with at least a ten minute wait in the queue. If I’d hit the submit button, I might have made it. But apparently after I pasted the coin code into the correct field, it didn’t register when I attempted to submit it, so when I got released, I had to add it a second time before submitting the order. Placed two orders last night, and a third this morning, and otherwise had no issues. Guess I’m getting three more copies of the micro Falcon, which I’d already bought twice, and decided wasn’t that great to begin with. Ah, well, they’ll serve me well as spare parts, I guess.

40765 didn't really interest me, and I bought 30708 at Walmart the other day (only to get home and find out that it would be a May the Fourth promotion), so I'll be skipping this year, too.
