Full set ordered! Glad to have that option available to me to save me sitting in Morrisons for an hour scanning codes.

Don't see the point in having to pre-order a box anymore when all the good and free mini-fig scan apps scan multiple boxes at a time now, so It takes you all of 10-15mins max to find a full set in a store.

Here in Connecticut, they sell for $5 each IF the local Walmart or Target even gets them, and the people stocking them scan them as they get put on the shelves. So scanning a full set becomes unlikely, and it is cheaper to pre-order a set from Minifigures Plus than to attempt purchasing locally.

You assume you can find them in stores and that the code’s not blocked by a price sticker AND that we don’t have a goat herder situation where some become hard to find because of scalpers creating their own scarcity. …so a discount on pre-ordering? I’ll be doing that today!

Forget Goat Herders, we should be talking about Wolfpack Beastmasters. I don’t think US shoppers should have much of a problem finding them, because at least for me, the licensed ones were EVERYWHERE. Places regular series aren’t.

I haven't seen the more recent Spiderman films and didn't realize there were so many variants. Now if they would do the same with the assorted Deadpool characters from Deadpool vs Wolverine.......

Thanks for the tip! I love pre-ordering a full set. Then I don't have to worry about not finding it in the store. Yes with the new apps you can search and find, but this takes away the time it takes to do any of that and won't have to worry about missing out on that ONE lone figure you can't find. And a discount to boot, count me in!

What a relief!
Some of the minifigs look really nice, however I feel no real need to collect these Spider-Man figs.
If I stumble upon them in a store, and it happens to be a desirable fig (if I can scan them) I might get one, two, or perhaps three different ones.
A couple of these minifigures are nice the way they have been designed, in other cases it is merely for some of the interesting parts a few of them come with.

If I end up not getting a single one, it is no loss.

Same here.
In our area we are in the lucky situation that none of the last CMF series were particularly sought after, which means they are still in abundant supply.
Plus we have a chain of convenience stores called Rossmann where you get a 10% discount voucher in their app each month, so even brand new series only available at RRP elsewhere are immediately cheaper there.

First series I wont order a full set. Just too similar minifigs... I do realize they are all different characters but without a need for multiple spider suits there isn't much utility to most of these. Like the horse is cool but with a spider mask? Nah. Hope that those that love Spiderman really enjoy this. Just way to niche and narrow. I may pick up one or two on discount... mostly like the baby carrier

Had neither of those problems over here in the UK. None of the stores, even the small independents have ever covered the codes, and as for Beastmasters, I remember personally scanning a dozen of them while trying to find the Pirate lady.

Saves me having to hock five copies each of the non-2099 minifigs, so that’s a win in my book.

Hah! “Coming soon, to a San Diego Comic-Con (not) near you!”

Re: MinifiguresPlus
Anyone know the difference between the two complete set options besides the price?

As far as I can tell, you're giving him the pleasure of charging you an extra $5 as theres no 'collectors' edition officially.

The collector's edition has them still sealed in the box. The regular version does not.

The boxes come pre-sealed... why would you unseal one to make a 'non-collector' version?

Well, a good investment might’ve been down the drain for you.

By in United Kingdom,

Very pleased to see brick a brac doing sets of 12 this time. Hope it works for them enough to keep it up for future cmf series because that’s a better price than ebay usually manages and it’s much more convenient than having to cope with the blind bag thing in a shop.

It's true. I've seen it done in person, with clerks scanning them while they're sorting them. Disgusting and shameful. It's like the waiter in a bar keeping the best cream croissant aside. To be fired.

Wait what app are you using that can scan multiple boxes!? Please share lol.

By in Guatemala,

I Prefer to order a full set, because of the Scan Apps, Scalpers, Army Builders and some people take all units of a single minifigure and then you have to pay a full % of markup to get it, it´s very frustrating.
