"LEGO Star Wars 75419 Death Star officially revealed!"
Has there ever been a set with that many views (34380) and comments (321 so far) a week after it's announcement?

Yes, the reveal of the UCS Millennium Falcon had 84654 views within a week after its announcement, though not as many comments as this rendition of the UCS Death Star.

Perhaps @Huw could make a list of sets that received the most comments.

I think the number of comments on a post is a good indicator of the level of controversy a set generates. And given that people on forums are more likely to complain than to compliment, that's also an indicator that LEGO fans aren't enthusiastic about that particular set. But maybe I'm making too many assumptions.

I haven't even bothered looking at the comments for that one, there were already a whole bunch when I first saw the article. I've read all the comments on the interview and review articles, though, as those didn't have as many to get through, and Brickset makes it easy to pick up where you left off, unless a comment has been posted and deleted since you last looked at the article (at least, that's what I assume is happening when I click on the "X comments" link and it to the top of the article, rather than the last comment I viewed).
