Friends Advent Calendar - Day 5

Posted by ,

Yesterday's builds were a bit of a puzzler (at least half of it was), but the living room is slowly being furnished for the Friends sleepover. Still, it must be getting a bit lonely for Aliya and Aira, so it would be nice if they had some company.

Fortunately, Aliya won't be alone! Today brings Liann to the sleepover party. Liann is wearing another super fun pyjama set. Her pyjama shirt features a raccoon wearing a Santa hat surrounded by holiday lights. Why can't I find fun pyjamas like this?

Like Aliya, Liann has arrived with her sleeping bag. Finally, it looks like this sleepover party is getting started!

@MeganL:
I don’t remember if it’s Walmart or Meijer, but I see at least one set of matching family-style pajama sets around this time every year, in one of those mid-aisle displays. You don’t get variety of choice annually, but taken over years you can certainly pick and choose the designs you like. And that can’t be the only option out there.

These holiday outfits make me put on shades.

PSA: you can't trust trash pandas and their poop harbours brain-eating parasites. (This PSA has been brought to you by CAD (Concerned citizens About Dreadflipper)).

Does this mean we expect a raccoon somewhere over the next few days?

Liann , definately a character you see in a lot of sets, 12 sets + this one for just 2025.

And for 2026 it's already 6 sets + 1 polybag.

Would be interesting to see an overall count of main characters' appearance per year (maybe down to just regular sets)

As for this figure, love the colors and print. Liann seems to quite often wear Yellow or Coral.

That is blatant anti-raccoon propaganda.

Funny that this should show up so soon after that raccoon got into a liquor store in Virginia, broke a lot of bottles, then passed out drunk in the bathroom.

This is Lianne's way of saying "LET'S GET RACC'D!"

CAD Institute for Worry and Insufferable Know-it-Alls states the following: "In North America, B. procyonis infection rates in raccoons are very high, being found in around 70% of adult raccoons and 90% of juvenile raccoons."
