Friends Advent Calendar - Day 17

Yesterday's hobbyhorses were an interesting and novel addition to the calendar, ensuring that at least some of the Friends have something to do. After all, we have four Friends so far, and only two hobbyhorses.
For today, I think we'll find one of Autumn's pets to join the party, since every Friend we've met so far has brought along a pet.
Today we have a gerbil, who I'm assuming is Autumn's. I haven't reviewed any sets where Autumn has a gerbil, but now we do! According to the set description the gerbil's name is Ruby.
Ruby (unlike Churro) at least comes with a bed and some food. This is much better - including a build with a pet.

The word "gerbil" is new to me.
Maybe it's angry because it doesn't fit inside of its own house. I'd be mad too.
Maybe Churro should give chase. Ruby and Churro could both use the exercise.

If Churro lost some weight, the cat might be able to walk around without constantly rubbing against everything.

Hence why the gerbil needs to lose some weight. Some. Not all. Keep Churro away from Ruby, or they both might choke to death.

"Rubbing of on" someone means that you're influencing their behavior in some way.

Thanks! We say "abfärben" - to colour off - in German. Quite similar. Still a bit confusing, as I think Ruby is grumpy but Babu and BD-72 aren't.
Pretty sure that's the guinea pig from 42640, not a gerbil!
What a cute guinea pig with the accessories, the wooden horses brought me a sense of nostalgia but this is cute.
