Gutted to miss this but Rarotonga is not a bad compromise.
Choice bro! Can't wait!
Oh no, during the long weekend... I'm heading to the Coromandel for the 3 days ;-)
Must see. Went last year and there were lines down the road. At least they have a bigger venue this time.
I'll be there helping set up and with the display.
Yes the queues last year were l o n g . Fortunately the weather held off.
This venue is much better.
How many went last year?? Would love to have one down here in the capital...
^ There were about 18,000 people attending last year's show. We are expecting a bigger attendance this year.
Went this morning. Very well run, enough space to see everything. Highlights- pretty much every Space set forever, history of Lego sets, molto Technic, big Pirate set up, trains up the wazoo, Friends flavoured modulars, the Love Boat (with Gavin MacLeod autograph!) and an endor speeder chase that ducked under a fallen tree.
Big ups to Aucklug! Me and and my brother and two kids dug it.
