The Helicarrier is now available in North America to VIPs, priced at $349.99 / $399.99 CAD. Please use these links to make your purchase: USA | Canada. If you end up at the shop home page, log into your VIP account and try again.
We'll be publishing our review of it here later today.
The current gift with purchase is 30312 Demolition Driller, free with purchases over $35.
The Helicarrier will be released in Europe on Thursday.

I'm sorely tempted by this, but Mrs Boo has already given me the 'don't even think about it' look when she found out the price.
According to the S&H website we don't get here in Australia until 1st March but we do get the free Demolition Driller but only till 28/2. The other thing I just noticed is that our free shipping threshold is now $200! Not happy
Yes, noticed Australian VIP release date has changed in the last few hours from 19th Feb to 1st March.
Hopefully this is incorrect and not another case of TLG giving Australian consumers the shaft.

The date has also been changed in the UK, I was looking forward to ordering it on Thursday, but now I will have to wait until 1st March.
I suspect that several thousand will be sold for parts, and about three will be built and displayed/played with.
As far as I'm aware UK should still be 19th. I'll double check when back at work
They will sell a fourth one for building as soon as they make it available.
Yea I'm not able to buy it right now, and right now, it doesn't even show up on the site when I go to the Marvel theme.
It will be available to VIPs on Thursday, everyone else 1st March which is why that date is quoted on the website.
Thanks All. I signed up to a VIP account a few weeks back. Do I require an email from them to get it early or will I just need to login as normal on the site and be able to get it on there?

Same note here, about 30 boxes at my local store on thursday the 19. So i am gonna be there early morning at opening hours ;-)
I'm in Ohio, and it is available. Not that I'm that interested in it. If it were DC themed (the Justice League Satellite, or Titans Tower), then I'd think about getting it.
I would wait until March 14th for 2x VIP to get one.... No point of getting this for the Driller...

Sold out in the U.S.! Really it's just out of stock until Mid March. They will under manufacture this set. It will be a collectable.
I'm glad that the powers that be have decided us Aussies don't deserve it early, like those in the US do.
Last week I logged in, and as a VIP I was going to be able to buy on the 19th.
This morning I log in, and it now shows as March 1st.
Contact LEGO, and they deny it was ever a 19th Feb release.
Absolute joke how LEGO rorts us here...with timing of releases and pricing.
Just put in the order and it also showed that 5002943 Marvel Superheroes Winter Soldier will also come free with the purchase as well as 30312 Demolition Driller.....brilliant!!!!!
