The May the Fourth promotion has started today on both side of the Atlantic, the highlight of which is the release of 75095 TIE Fighter. Check out DrDave's comprehensive review to find out if it's the set for you.

In the UK and Europe, the offers run from 2nd May to 9th May and are as follows:

  • Spend €55/£50 on LEGO Star Wars and get an Admiral Yularen minifigure.
  • Free LEGO Star Wars Poster with any LEGO Star Wars purchase (one of six being made available between now and the release of the new movie).
  • 10% off selected LEGO Star Wars sets (see list below).
  • Purchase the new and exclusive LEGO Star Wars TIE Fighter.

In the USA and Canada, you have just this weekend, 2nd May to 4th May, to take advantage:

  • Free exclusive Admiral Yularen minifigure with LEGO Star Wars purchases of $75 or more.
  • Purchase the new and exclusive LEGO Star Wars TIE Fighter.

Here are links to the TIE fighter at shop.LEGO.com: UK | USA | Canada | France | Germany.

The list of sets that should be in the sale in Europe is after the break:

I would be quick if you want to take advantage, they won't be available for long. Here are links to to the sales and deals pages (UK | USA | Canada | France | Germany) that will show what's still available in your country.

By in Canada,

NO discounts in North America? Not even a tiny 10%? That is beyond weak.

By in United States,

Spoke with a Lego Store employee about tomorrow's deals. The US IS getting a sale, but it's no where near as fantastic as what Europe has. However, in the US, there will be more than just Star Wars on sale.

Death Star, our time has finally come!

I realise we've had a similar deal before but I'm putting my foot down and getting it, providing there aren't issues with stock.

By in Australia,

Why is nothing on sale in Australia? Were we forgotten?

By in Ireland,

Just checked Shop at Home Ireland. Every Star Wars set is on offer with a 10% discount.
Every set except the one set I wanted to get this weekend: Slave 1. Oh, and the new TIE fighter of course...

Can the Americans please stop moaning? In previous years you've had way better offers than we've had. 10% is the best we get overhere. And let's not even start the exchange rate debate again...

By in United States,

The price we pay for record sales and profits: no discounts. Supply and demand at work. Prices will keep climbing until they stop selling so well.

By in United States,

I CANNOT wait for Target (+ 5% red card) and Amazon to match!

God, I hope they do...

By in Canada,

In Canada here, same discounts as for the States. Interesting because currently this week (ending on Thursday) Toys R Us is having a sale on all Star Wars Lego sets. Every single set costs less than on the Lego shop site :P So unless you're desperate for the promo items, shop elsewhere for your May the Fourth fix.

TRU offering 20%, Amazon up to 30%... but I HAVE to have the Yularen minifigure and the poster so I've bought the LEGO Store exclusives like the Hailfire Droid etc. with the 10% off to get the deal :-)

By in United Kingdom,

Every Star Wars set other than the TIE Fighter was 10% off in the Metrocentre store this morning. I would assume the same is true for all the stores across the UK.

Gravatar
By in Lithuania,

TRU said they didn't have the Slave I .... I wonder why *rage face*

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Death Star on order and although I haven't, it feels like I've taken out a loan to get it. Back to basics for the next few weeks whilst I build the monster!

By in United Kingdom,

I'm going to get the R2-D2 key chain and get the free poster on Tuesday. I always wanted the R2-D2 key chain.

By in United Kingdom,

As @CapnRex101 says everything is 10% off other than the UCS Tie Fighter AND Slave 1 in the UK.

I was also in the Metrocentre store this morning, was quite quiet.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Slave 1 was released in January - too early to be discounted yet. Perhaps a Black Friday deal later in the year. Not that I'm bothered, bought it in January with double VIP points rewarded ;-)

Gravatar
By in United States,

$1 off on a keychain..now thats a sale...LOL ;-)

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Tesco had 20% off most sets today in store.

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

Got it today but indeed without the advertised discount (didn't read the small sentence on selected sets)

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Considering you can get the Cantina for 30% off on Amazon UK, am sure you could find Yularen for under a tenner on eBay at some point, if it's that important. Plus the poster isn't anything to write home about.
