Winter Village Toy Shop now available to VIPs

The Winter Village set we've all be waiting for (!), the re-released Toy Shop, 10249, is now available to VIPs at shop.LEGO.com in Europe and, I assume, will also be available in USA and Canada later today.

Maybe you haven't been locked in in your VIP-Account. I found it on the cover page.

Not quite as exciting, but the Santa's Workshop is also available again - doesn't look like it's VIP only either.

While it may be available in other countries, Santa's Workshop is NOT available at this time in the US. Hopefully it will be available soon here though, my guess is that any numbers of Santa's Workshop that will be made will be low numbers, so if you want one buy it as soon as it is available.

Instead of a Winter Village set this year, I might actually get my very first ever LEGO advent calendar. Some good little builds this year too, especially the space shuttle and booster which will go brilliantly with a NASA Vehicle Assembly Building I just built (might even put that on LEGO Ideas). And a husky too (cute!).

I never got this set the first time around, so am glad I get a second chance. Plus the minature toy selection looks to be improved. I will wait until Oct. 13th and get the train promotion as well.
