Target 2015 exclusive polybag now available
Posted by HearItWow,
Target stores in the United States are now stocking this year's exclusive polybag, 30286 Christmas Tree. While not as charming as last year's Snowman, this is still a good holiday set that is enhanced by the addition of stud ornaments in six colors and a few gifts below the boughs.
There are a couple of uncommon parts as well, including a green modified brick with headlight and cheese slopes in pearl gold. All in all, a nice stocking stuffer or small gift, and an above-average addition to the collection of LEGO brick-built trees.
If you find yourself at Target, keep an eye out for the TIE Advanced Prototype, Go-Kart Racer and Space Utility Vehicle polybags, which should still be available at check-out. Friends fans will find the Pop Star Red Carpet among the stocking stuffers available in the Christmas section of the store.

Barnes and noble also has it. http://www.barnesandnoble.com/mobile/w/toys-games-30286-lego-christmas-tree/28742724;jsessionid=5DC5C5C7E416B65C5664B361CC19B031.prodny_store01-atgap07?ean=0673419236485
Don't forget 30294: The Cowler Dragon. Also available in the stocking stuffer aisle.
Uncommon? Those green headlight bricks were on UK PAB walls a month or two back. I've got loads of the things! :)
I was just there the other day and and all they had was the pop star set in the Christmas section and the TIE up front near the cashiers.
I love the tree. And would really love that dragon.
@eggshen I've yet to see Cowler Dragon at any of the stores I've been to around me. Could be that they're late to the shelves here in the Northeast.
@paperballpark We had those on PAB walls as well, but a great number of people who aren't anywhere near a LEGO store here in the States likely have a Target a few miles away.
@dragon114 Thanks for the helpful link! Target doesn't sell their polys online, but it looks like Barnes and Noble does. They also still have Thanksgiving Feast in stock... http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/toys-games-lego-thanksgiving-feast-promotional-box-40123/29209600?ean=0673419232852 for those who still need one.
I actually found the dragon just yesterday (I'm in the Northeast, PA to be exact), it was in the Christmas section. I can get the DCPI later today if anyone actually wants it.
My question is...does anyone have the DCPI for the tree? It would make tracking it down much easier.
BTW..Thanks much for the heads up on it being out there!!
The tree has been hiding in the endcaps facing the book/video sections, where they were keeping the Joker Bumper Cars about a month ago.
I just wish I knew who was getting the Force Awakens polybags. Rumor has it Wal-Mart is getting the TIE, but finding polys at a Wal-Mart is hit or miss.
My Walmart never has polybags. They refuse to carry them due to theft.
30286 Target DPCI: 204-00-0521
I don't suppose there is any chance of these being available in Australia?
@HearItWow, I had to use the Cowler Dragon's DCPI on fyndly to find it in stores. The number is 204-00-1721. I have 4 Targets close to me and none of them had the dragon out, I had to ask a Target employee to grab them out of the back for me. I'm guessing that they are actually all over the place but not being put out.
@Bustin, The Walmart I work for only has polybags for stocking stuffers in December. I haven't had many issues with those being stolen, but I had about 80 packs of the series 14 CMFs stolen. They disappeared within a week of when I put them out :(
^Mine is only for December at Wal-Mart, and I refuse to pay the $4.69 that my Target charges for the polies in the checkstand!
@Isabella and Lego Liker, I payed $3.99 for the last polybag (Joker's Bumper Car) I bought at Target. That's pretty much what mine at Walmart cost every year. $4.69 is too much.
^Even worse, there were $5.09 at one point!
If anyone in Germany wants to get it, I saw the Poly in a MyToys Store.
I didn't see the Dragon or a tree and I looked everywhere today. I must live near a slow Target.
I remember when polys were a DOLLAR back in the 1980s....
I found 30286 near all the legos in the toy section at my local target.
