First image of 41134 Heartlake Performance School

41134 Heartlake Performance School has been revealed in an image on ReBrick. Although this shot is only very small we can see the main sections of the set which include a stage, a school bus and a large main building combining features of 41005 Heartlake High and 41101 Heartlake Grand Hotel. The school bus looks particularly impressive to me and can hinge open to reveal some interior details.
Presumably this set will be a retailer exclusive as it was not shown at the toy fairs earlier in the year.
Thanks to Jeff for the news.

Not gonna lie, that school bus looks pretty awesome. I'm surprised to have not seen any K-12 school-related set themes come out over the past few years, I would assume those would sell pretty well.
Yes I can see this being very popular. A yellow school bus is long overdue. This will be good fodder for modularising too. Oh how are we going to afford the winter train, the Disney castle and this?!?!
Funnily enough, it's the yellow school bus that puts me off the set. It makes it very localised.
Ooh. School looks a bit dull, but if it has a proper interior and the bus is good that'll be a great set.
Performance School... is this some upper class prep school for Ivy?
So far it would seem LEGO is giving the Friends line way more attention than its City line. When was the last time you have seen a non-MOC school set, a Hospital, a fair park with minifigures on it?
"Performance School... is this some upper class prep school for Ivy?"
Stage school - think 'Fame'. That's why Andrea is singing away (again)
... wait a second, hold on ... there's a winter train set coming?
Nice! I'd get it for bus alone. ^_^
I need that hot dog cart...for my daughter, of course.
Looks pretty good, about time there was a school bus. Are there yellow school buses outside the USA?
I like the school bus. The building looks meh, but hopefully there's some good details. I'm kind of surprised they don't have Livi with this set, too.
I'll be interested in seeing this set when it comes out. Buying it will all depend on the price point, however. My daughter says, "cool, I want that!" But she has said the same about the Hotel and shopping mall, neither has she built. The hot dog cart will be a buy...she does build all the smaller sets the moment she gets them.
^Given that there are 774 pieces in the set, it should be $70-80. Friends sets most of the time aren't known for having a high PPP (usually no more than 12 cents a piece).
I like that set but I'm still a little surprised that they will release a school set... A lot of kids don't like school all that much! ;D
Oh sheesh. My daughter is going to a performance school next year. She'll be all over this.
And I JUST bought her the Grand Hotel for next Christmas...
Sigh... looks like another Friends set that I have to buy in order to raid a vehicle for my LEGO City....
Yeah, we'll be getting this too....
Friends will be popular cos the theme is diverse. I think City will just die a natural death, cos how many different kinds of police and fire stations and vehicles do u need seriously?
If you replace the dark pink with a grey something (plus adding some texture in that part) this might look awesome!
Unexpectedly good! I wasn't expecting such a large set. Definitely another one for my want list.
Yet again Friends does City better than City does City...
Looks like a good parts set. Hopefully the price will be reasonable.
@johnnie_tee: If a lack of diversity were enough to kill LEGO City then it would have happened long ago, but it's consistently been one of the LEGO Group's strongest-selling themes. And I think part of that is because it's able to consistently bring in new fans. Sure, one kid might not need more than one or two police stations or fire stations, but chances are there will always be more kids lining up to get their FIRST police station or fire station.
And really, even back in the days of LEGO Town I think LEGO generally strove to have a police station on store shelves at all times, like they do now. The difference back then is that retailers didn't insist on cycling through products as frequently back then. These days, retailers generally don't want to have to carry old products any longer than they need to. They'd rather carry a new police station that nobody owns yet than a two-to-four-year-old police station that a lot of kids have already had a chance to buy.
I want this: I don't see a Performance School with a yankee school bus, I see the basis for St. Minifig's Hospital and a proper yellow ambulance.
While I'm not too keen on the Friends mini-dolls (Stephanie reminds me too much of the murderous blonde android from last year's "Humans"), I think the Friends range is _the_ place to go to get 'civilian' buildings. Shame on the City team!
This is one step closer to having my dream lego city school sub theme. They could have a school bus, a school, a museum, a starter pack which is a school yard, and a food truck.
