@White Dove: On my download page all of the books come in .pdf format and most of them come in .epub format also. The only ones that do not come in both formats are: Forbidden Lego, The Cult of Lego, and The Lego Technic Idea Book: Fantastic Contraptions.
This is an absolutely terrific deal. I own most of these in dead tree format but am taking this opportunity to grab them in digital also. I love Humble Bundle and No Starch Press!
Side note on No Starch Press books: purchasing any physical book direct from No Starch Press's website gets you a free digital copy along with your dead tree copy. Just for the record I have no affiliation with No Starch Press other than just being a huge fan.

This is my first time purchasing from humble bundle. How does this work? I purchased the books and all I got was a popup to check my email. In my email, all I find is a receipt for the purchase. But where are the books? Where is this they talk about?
Awww, yes!!! I've been waiting for a Lego bundle to come around again for quite a while! I'd have been delighted with the bundle anyway, but getting Medieval Lego in it is particularly satisfying as I've been looking forward to reading that one...
Wow, no-brainer! Some of these are definitely coffee-table style and so better on paper, but I think the kids will love these even if they have to use a tablet to look at'em! And so will dad ;)

@stupibea check your popup again, my link was in there. I believe you'll receive a 2nd email saying "Your Humble Bundle order is ready" which will also include a link. Finally, log back into the website and go check your previous purchases. It may still be processing your payment which is odd, and you might need to contact their customer service. All of my previous purchases were always made available to me immediately.
Processed through to payment and then got error. Shows in my bank as 0.00 charge. Is it region specific?

I bought the full package.
For those who are curious: you get the PDF and EPUB for each book, except for Cult of Lego, Forbidden Lego and Technic Idea Book, which are PDF-only. Needless to say, I'm now even more of a NSP fan after getting the whole bundle. I just wonder how they can afford to pay author royalties at such low prices per book. Oh well, I'll continue to buy hardcopies to support them.
