Yes I know it's July but it looks as if LEGO has run out of piggy banks but has a glut of last Christmas's gift with purchase.
So, if you didn't manage to secure one last December, spend £60 at shop.LEGO.com before the end of the month and you'll receive a free 40223 Snowglobe with your order.

Three days late even for Christmas In July! How strange. This is a cute little set though, I got it last Christmas and it has firmly joined the pantheon of yuletide Lego decor.

I got two last Christmas so I'll give this a miss. The last free gift I would've had was the lego city police car but had my order cancelled because they ran out. I'll wait until they give away something like the creator fountain. That was a good freebie
For those in the United States: On the 29th-30th only, receive a Snow Globe with your purchase of $[can't remember] or more in-store. They should be sending out an email about this with more info.

This was a terriffic little set and I really liked mine--funny that they're giving it out in July, but hey, glad more will get the chance to own one.
Surpringly, those of us us shopping from New Zealand are included in the offer.
Unsurprisingly, we have to spend 40% more in order to get it. On sets that already cost 40% more anyway.
Not exactly a "free gift", by any definition you might care to choose....

Just received my Piggy Banks today... :-))
I just placed an order at Lego.com(USA) and both the Piggy Bank and Snow Globe were added to my cart! What a great deal and I hope I get both promos and is not a glitch. Fingers crossed.

Smells a bit like a belated April's fools, to be quite honest.
So in Finland the Mountain cave would cost me €300, if I was in Canada it costs me just over €200 and I get a free snowglobe and piggybank.

Also got both the snow globe and piggy bank in USA with a $99+ order. Both items show to be "In Warehouse," so I expect both to be shipped. Probably one of the better promo deals from TLG this year.
