The German toy fair press event is today

The LEGO booth will welcome the press to its stand at the German toy fair in Nuremberg at 13:30 CET today, followed by a presentation at 14:00 (12:30 / 13:00 GMT and 07:30 / 08:00 EST)
Although Draconian restrictions on what can be reported are anticipated we are nevertheless expecting a few interesting tidbits to emerge from the event.
Our friends Andres at Zusammengebaut and Christian and Michael from PromoBricks will be there so I suggest you keep an eye out on their channels for news as it breaks:

Jurassic World Duplo. Now that's an interesting first, isn't it? Or has that been done before with any other IP other than Disney (Mickey & Co, Winnie Pooh, Doc McStuffins, Cars/Planes)?

Wow, -2.6% consumer sales. That is quite a dip compared to the last couple of good years. Regression to the mean or sign of structural problems?
Looks like the Lego Movie 2 was announced for a February 2019 release!
Also--love the baby dino . . . but I really hope we will get some new bigger dinos too!

Loving the look of the Duplo create and connect train functions.
