Summer set images are now starting to emerge in earnest and Italian toy retailer Radio Kontrol has today listed five upcoming sets, as well as some collectable figures, based upon the Unikitty! animated series.

These sets look rather wacky so I expect they will divide opinion, although their creative designs are not in doubt. Collecting the many different versions of the eponymous princess may prove to be very popular!

You can view images of all the Unikitty! sets after the break...

41451 Unikitty Cloud Car

41452 Prince Puppycorn Trike

41453 Party Time

41454 Dr Fox Laboratory

41455 Unikingdom Creative Brick Box

41775 Collectable Minifigures - Unikitty! Series

Are you looking forward to these sets? Let us know in the comments.

These are so stupid.

It's glorious. I want it. All of it.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Why does it look like Dr. Fox is stealing prince puppycorn’s horn? (I’m assuming that’s what’s happening since he has other horns in jars) Is he a bad guy? (I don’t know the series)

By in United States,

Overall they look like fun sets to collect and build. I love the look of the creative box and the collectible series. The thing I like most about this series of sets is the new studless tooth price that is used for prince puppycorn’s ears.

By in United States,

I'm with Kalking. Unikitty is my favorite LEGO Movie character, and I have really enjoyed the show because the stupidity of it just works. I can nit pick some things, but I want them all. Especially Combat-Kitty. One thing's for sure, finding your preferred Kitty will be difficult since almost all the parts are the same, there's not a specific shape to look for outside of the obvious Puppycorns and sitting Kitties, but that still leaves a 1 in 6 chance of getting the right Kitty. O_O'

By in United States,

I love them all!

By in United States,

@AgentR2 I think she's trying to collect personality or something to help Rick not be boring. It's science! But Dr. Fox also has a darker side and does refer to her friends as test subjects by accident from time to time, so you may still be on to something.

Gravatar
By in United States,

A blind bag series that is impossible to feel for the parts? That will be interesting.

Gravatar
By in United States,

What are they using for the neck? It looks like a new piece to me. It isn’t a normal round stud.

Gravatar
By in United States,

@Hushed, they are using a new inverted tile for the heads that will have a spot for the 1x1 tile with the little bar to fit into.

Gravatar
By in United States,

These all look kinda weird, but the dog-kitty minifigs are kinda adorable. The new Unilitty face is a little creepy though.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Unikitty is one of my most favorite lego shows for some reason so I'm very hyped for these sets. I wish they had done hawkodile a little better but he is a hard one to make. Its also gonna be hard to feel for the unikitties and puppycorns in the blind bags. Either way super excited!!

Gravatar
By in United States,

The Unikitty series is NOT related to Collectible Minifigures series. I would not buy those because they just a same character in different look unlike LEGO Batman and Ninjago Movie series. I only just need the TV show version of Unikitty and Prince Puppycorn. And also why Dr. Fox does not have a printing in his shirt?

Too bad, Hawkodile is only appears in one set.

Can't wait for Harry Potter sets as well as the Harry Potter CMF series.

By in United States,

The box designs feel odd
Maybe it's just the fact that they appear to be rendered, but they look very Mega Bloks-ish. Not a good thing in my book :(
Dr. Fox is strange without a printed torso.
And this is probably an unpopular opinion, but LEGO needs to stop making so many new parts at this rate! It concerns me, because I don't want Galidor to happen again.
And to me the Blind bags don't look very interesting, because the variants aren't interesting.

Oh well, I'll probably end up liking them more once I see some hands-on reviews or something.

By in United States,

@canadianboy11 - Both my 6- and 3-year old daughters would vehemently disagree with you. You're obviously not the target audience.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I like the cloud shaped plates for the collectible figures. Collecting them all will be tough, unless the packages have a clear portion like the mixels did.

Gravatar
By in Puerto Rico,

All the new 1x1 plates and tiles look interesting.

Gravatar
By in United States,

While I don't like the show and will probably only get a couple of the blind bags from this Unikitty line, that Dr. Fox set doesn't look half bad and overall, these sets just get me more hyped for The Lego Movie 2 and its sets. I wonder if there's a chance that any of these characters will show up in the movie at all?

Gravatar
By in United States,

I love unikitty, but these are a hard pass. Which is good and bad. I haven't watched the show (don't have tv), but i don't like how different she looks from the lego movie. Unikitty was great in the movie.

The figure series will be nigh impossible.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Is that a new piece they are using for unikitty's neck. Lego movie had it as just a single stud piece, but this looks different. Hopefully it has stronger clutch.

Gravatar
By in Australia,

I'm saving a tonne of money, this last year or so, on collectable minifig series.

Pass. Hard pass.

Gravatar
By in United States,

These are fantastic. Having watched several episodes, they are spot on. I told my family months ago this was coming and puppy corn has been high on the list of things to get.

Everyone can hate all they want. These sets are the answers to what everyone is complaining about. It is original, non licensed superhero or starwars. They should be cheep, under $80. They also look fun. Everyone over 20 can pass all they want, this gets Lego back to their roots, a kids toy. Also they finally target girl without selling mini dolls.

Long live Lego.

Gravatar
By in Poland,

The laboratory is magnificent partpack for space fans.
I LOVE the huge set with all those zany faces.

Gravatar
By in Belgium,

Seriously beginning to think Lego have lost the plot. The CMF series in particular is a disgrace.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

It's actually a relief to see a a theme where none of the sets appeal. Was starting to get worried about the amount of money I'd have to spend this year. Good luck to anyone wanting to get a full set of the collectables straight from the shop.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

I want the trike simply because it looks like a MOC I made when I was five.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I don't think I'll be getting any of these, but I think it's swell that they exist and I know for sure they'll find an audience.

And I adore the cloud-shaped baseplates the collectable Unikitty figures stand on. Those look awesome!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

......... won’t be getting these! They look a bit stupid

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Here Kitty, Kitty, Kitty...........

Gravatar
By in Norway,

you can see the poor animation quality on the prints :/

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Love Star Wars but can't resist these. Look like a lot of fun to be had with my kids with these, but like the Angry Birds theme

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

I'd build the figures/characters then use the rest of the parts to build something better, these are a 4/10 overall.

I'd like to see the Jetsons, flinstones & wacky races in lego form over these monstrosities..

Gravatar
By in Russian Federation,

It has the charm.

Long time I wanted something Unikity related.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

The best type of Lego is the stuff that encourages you to break it apart and rebuild. I really don't get why people buy Lego models of star wars vehicles then keep them stuck together (but won't glue them!) Just buy a premade model! I love these (and the recent building bigger thinking sets) because they encourage you to build what you want.

Gravatar
By in Japan,

My daughter is going to explode.

Gravatar
By in Norway,

Will this be the new angry birds theme? You know, the sets no one bought that are still in stores with a 70% discount. Or am I too cynical?

Gravatar
By in Poland,

Amazing hope they will cost at least same as CMF or more.
3 types of Kitty in different colors. Wonder how many you will have to buy to get all 12. :D

Gravatar
By in Germany,

While I collected all of the Unikitty minifigs from the movie, this is an easy skip.
C'mon, we all know that LEGO knows that we love Unikitty. The only reason they are producing this series.
And what will you be building with those special bricks - besides a Unikitty (or Prince Puppycorn)? :-/

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Yes. I need them all.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I find it interesting that the package advertises “SIMPLE BUILDS!”, it just seems weird to advertise that.

Gravatar
By in United States,

This is kinda weird and yet wantable. I am not a fan of the show for too many sappy songs. This stuff is really weird and the Minifigure bags would all be the same. It is odd part of me kinda wants a set or two.

Gravatar
By in United States,

These look fantastic! Probably won't get many as they're a bit silly and I've got other summer sets to collect, but I'll probably grap that birck box, the party set with Hawkodile, and the minifig series so I can get the most printed characters.

Gravatar
By in United States,

What are folks thinking about the CMF series . . . will these replace the regular CMF series? There are only 12 which leads me to believe it is something altogether different. I also was under the belief that Harry Potter was going to be the theme for the Aug. CMF series. . . anyone know more?

Gravatar
By in United States,

Not looking forward to feeling out those CMF bags!

Gravatar
By in United States,

Not my cup of tea.
But dang, for those who want the full set, those blind bags are going to be a nightmare.

Gravatar
By in United States,

These are super cute! I'm glad to see more fun, colorful sets like Cloud Cuckoo Land reappear. As for the Minifigures series, they're cute but nearly impossible to feel all the variants of UniKitty. Since I don't want to buy multiple bags to have a chance at the ones I want, I'll buy opened ones of Ebay. I much would've rather prefered Mixel-type buildable figures.

Gravatar
By in Puerto Rico,

Prince Puppycorn ears look like new pieces.

Gravatar
By in Ireland,

If they’re going to be totally blind bags, and all indications suggest they will be, I’m going to wait for a bump code cheat sheet to appear and tolerate it as a (painful) guide to deciphering the various variants.

Gravatar
By in Hungary,

So this Unikitty CMF will be the August one, and the Harry Potter CMF will come in January? Or this is an extra and not part of the "regular" series?

Gravatar
By in United States,

These are idiotically beautiful. I might actually get some.

Gravatar
By in United States,

@Yooha- I don't think it's part of the regular series. The HP series will still be coming in August and apparently it has 22 minifigures.

These sets look really great! The different buildable characters are very cute and this figure series is similar to Mixels but better in my opinion. I'll definitely get a couple of the figures and probably the Cloud Car.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I can't wait to see the Harry Potter CMF series. The only ones that I need in this theme are Unikitty's Cloud Car and Puppycorn's Trike as well as the Party Time set but the rest aren't getting it.

Gravatar
By in United States,

RIP being able to accurately identify the CMFs.

Other than that, I'm actually kinda stoked for these sets!

Gravatar
By in Lithuania,

Note that 41775 package for minifigures says "Series 1". There will be more...

Gravatar
By in United States,

What...the..heck...are these...

Gravatar
By in United States,

I'm interested in a few of those CMFs. And I am very tempted to buy the brick box. I watch the show a few times with my boys. It is funny and these sets are spot-on.

Gravatar
By in United States,

So... this all seems horrible.

Gravatar
By in Canada,

It's amusing to see how polarizing these are. Put me squarely in the "these are adorable and brilliant!" camp. That said, I haven't seen the series yet besides short clips (keeping up with TV other than Netflix is hard at college), so these make me that much more interested in catching up!

To those wondering about Unikitty's neck, it's just https://brickset.com/parts/design-31561. However, the lower part of her head is a brand-new 1x3 inverted tile with a 3.2mm hole through the center.

@ELH2806: If you think you can judge animation from still images, then I have to question your criteria for whether animation is good or not.

Gravatar
By in Germany,

I agree these sets look completely crazy. But imho in a far more positive way than for example that abomination of a "kids" tv series that is Adventure Time. I contrast to the latter, these sets look friendly, creative, and positively wacky.
Our younger daughter will certainly not watch the show, but I am sure she would love these sets, if only to collects the Kittys and build her own creations out of the bricks.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

I like the nutty ness of these. Maybe instead of the blindbags though perhaps small sets similar to Mixels (in size /price) would be good!!

Gravatar
By in Spain,

I want the Collectible Unikitty minifigures!!!!!!!

Gravatar
By in United States,

Are these toys for both boys and girls or just girls only?

Gravatar
By in United States,

My brother just pointed out to me that if you zoom in on the Dr. Fox’s laboratory you’ll see that the underside of Unikitty’s head Is smooth without holes for studs to lock into. Another new piece!

Gravatar
By in United States,

^^ Anyone can buy, build and enjoy them. :-)

Gravatar
By in United States,

Definately a wacky wave of sets, however anything less odd would be disapointing. My 8 y/o daughter and I love this show, we record all the new episodes on DVR. I think they pretty much nailed the appearance of all the characters, and introduced some cool new parts along the way; I'm really digging Hawkadile's shades!

Gravatar
By in United States,

orange soccer ball element. hmm

Gravatar
By in Denmark,

TLC is getting better at making homegrown marked busters. Ninjago, Nexoknight and Unikitty, are some. I hate these kittens but am in awe of their strategic minds behind them at TLC.

Gravatar
By in United States,

In a twisted sort of way im GLAD i dont want any of these!!!

Gravatar
By in United States,

just wondering - why is there never any piece count
listed on the boxes of the images..?

this phenomenon is not unique to this site -,
i've noticed the absence of the pcs on the box images
on many lego sites - not sure i get why?

is someone purposely photo shopping them out of the picture?

thanks much!

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

I want them all!!!

Gravatar
By in United States,

Glad to see another Cartoon Network property made into LEGO kits!

Gravatar
By in United States,

@hic1957: Only U.S. boxes have piece counts printed on the box. So pics sourced from other countries don't include the piece count label.

Gravatar
By in United States,

As a fan of the show i do enjoy the sets, however i do think some of the characters look a bit odd such as characters in show with more details on there bodies like Doctor fox, Hawkodile, and Master frown. However aside from that i feel like the sets are over all good and do work well and as long as they are on the cheaper side i am cool with it. Also the cloud stands for the CMF's of this series are genius and i think this is a sign that all of the CMF's from now on are going to have unique bases to them.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I think it's US law that you need to have the piece count on the box so it's included in all North American products. In other parts of the world LEGO doesn't want you to know how badly you are getting ripped off. ;)
