This set looks incredible - Poison Ivy’s model looks great as does the big mech. The inclusion of Firefly and the Flash is the icing on the cake!

I want that firefly

That looks sick! A not bad price either.

Looks decent. Not usually into the Batman vehicle based sets, but this one looks good. Also, kind of hard to tell because of the picture size, but I feel like the helmet for Firefly would have acted as a much better substitute for the Wasp helmet in the recent Quantum Realm Explorer Ant-Man set, albeit recolored.

The set looks okay, but since I only buy super hero sets for the figures and I don’t need 3 of the figures it is an easy pass for me.

By in United States,

Yellow boots for Flash!!

By in United States,

Not sure why it's called Poison Ivy's "Mech", but if the name is the only complaint that's a good sign. Solid Bat-Mech - looks big and bulky, and yes Firefly looks fantastic. Solid set.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Yes flash
But still not flash from the tv shows :’(

By in United Kingdom,

Firefly's helmet looks awesome. I just wish they would have used that mould for Wasps. It would look way better

By in Denmark,

Not really my taste!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Ted Carson Firefly?
Let's see how they price it over here

Gravatar
By in Canada,

Damn. I want the minifigs but not the mech.

Gravatar
By in United States,

How in the living heck is this a fair fight? Her mech is a sapling.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I don’t know why they used a new face for Poison Ivy. They already had a great one.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Love this model, but I would really like it if they put in some more variety then just Batman all the time.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Poison Ivy from The Scuttler is a thousand times better. I just took a look at it to confirm, and it makes the one above look like a minifig from 1980 in comparison.

That mech looks incredibly cool, but I'm certainly not getting that much of a Batman vibe from it. Having said that, Poison I'vy's is soooooo disappointing. They could have come up with some really creative stuff for a plant style mech which I would have loved. Firefly is the highlight in my opinion, but why they reverted back to this thoroughly 'meh' design for Poison Ivy after the Lego Batman Movie version is beyond me.

Flash channeling fire? Maybe I don't know something about the comics, but that just feels... off. Otherwise, looks like a good set.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Seems an odd choice of characters to group together, throwing in Firefly and Flash. Ivys 'mech' is far too weedy and Batmans looks like they've gone overboard with the design a bit.

That said though, I'll probably pick this set up as I'm a sucker for mechs.

By in United States,

Meh, pretty boring set. All I know is that Lego just got my $40 down payment for that Firefly figure. Everything else is just a bonus? Yeah, that's what I'll go with.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Builds are good, but the figures...
All DC figures are dull in my opinion after the imaginative designs of the Lego Batman Movie.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Oooh not bad. Firefly's helmet is meant to be Ant-Man as the sides and top share designs - wish we got that this year though <.<

By in Norway,

Even the Duplo version of Ivy is better than this! None of the DC sets are to my taste anymore... Don't like the vehicles or the minifigs. Saves me money for Harry Potter, I guess.

By in United States,

Was hoping for a much better Poison Ivy figure. Either a similar one to the one found exclusively in the Lego Batman Movie Scuttler, or one that matched her later designs in Batman: The Animated Series which has not be done before. As is, I hate to say it but I think this is the worst of all the versions. The head has nothing that distinguishes it from any other flesh tone females (all others at least had green lipstick or eyeliner). The hair isn't bad but is the same as the previous non Lego Batman Movie version sans the printing on the hair. While I do have a slight preference for this torso over that one as a standalone, the fact that the legs are just plain green compared to continued printing on the older one still makes the older feel superior.

I do really like Firefly. The neck clip raises his helmet higher than I think looks good but it's an understandale issue. While I am glad that heroes who are not just Batman sidekicks can tag along in Batman sets, would have vastly preferred someone who has not appeared before, or has not appeared fairly recently (Red Tornado, Green Lanterns, the Atom, etc.)

Firefly! Mechs! Enough said!

By in United States,

Well it's already time to start on 2019, time goes by fast. Firefly is a nice surprise, he makes me think the wave will focus more on villains to coincide with the villian video game. I will echo the fact that Flash could have been replaced by a new hero or one we have not gotten in awhile, like Green Lantern or Martian Manhunter. Poison Ivy could have also been replaced by someone new like Mad Hattern or Hush. I'm really getting sick of superhero mechs, they are so overused and almost always look bad. This one is no exception. Wish they would stop making mechs and vehicles and focus on things we have not gotten like the Hall Of Justice or Legion Of Doom. Overall Firefly is the only good thing for me, and he is not worth $39.99. Recently DC has dropped and in quietly and I really don't know why.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I love it when LEGO puts fingers on mechs. It adds so much more character to them!

Gravatar
By in United States,

@trigger It is suppose to be a representation of the flash shooting a lightning bolt out of his hands. Now why they went with the new power blast pieces rather than the traditional power blast piece like in 76098-1: Speed Force Freeze Pursuit I don't know.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Now this looks awesome!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

think you managed to get enough bats onto that mech there bruce? I'm sure you could squeeze a couple more on there if you tried XD

Gravatar
By in United States,

I have mixed feelings about this set. Batman's mech looks very unique and well-designed, but Poison Ivy's "mech" looks horrible. I don't understand why they didn't just give her a plant monster to fight Batman with or something because it just looks like she's floating in the middle of some leaves. I don't love the light bluish gray Batman and Ivy's figure is filled with odd choices. She would've looked better with leg printing and I don't understand why they're downgrading her to an unprinted hair piece and Mantis's face instead of her own. However, it's completely unfair to compare this to the Poison Ivy in the Scuttler set since Lego movie sets get so much more money and effort put into them. Firefly looks good and I agree that we didn't need another Flash but at least he finally has dual-molded legs!

Gravatar
By in United States,

Batman's mech seems very loosely based on the Justice Buster suit from the Endgame story arc. I'm surprised they still haven't made a Lego version of the Jim Gordon armor but I guess they're catching up.

Gravatar
By in Ireland,

@Roborider. couldn't agree more on the poison ivy figure being subpar to the recent version in the scuttler set. I'm disappointed here.

Gravatar
By in United States,

That Batmech reminds me a fair amount of 8593 Makuta, especially the face. But, um, yeah-- Batman in an armored robot suit and the Flash vs. a pyromaniac and a plant lady is not a fair fight. Looks like bullying to me, but maybe Firefly and Poison Ivy are more dangerous than they look.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Awesome!! Also, that mask would be prefect for Wasp. Lego, what were you thinking???

Gravatar
By in United States,

Flash minifigure is nice! Everything else is kinda meh. You know, Lego, there's more to DC than Batman, as hard as that is for you to wrap your head around. You gave us a freaking Bat Space-Shuttle, Bat-Kayak, and Bat-Dune Buggy, and if ever there was a time to take a break from the Bat-Vehicles, you'd think it'd be now wouldn't it?

Gravatar
By in Australia,

The set's not great, no ... but Firefly. I'm onboard.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Really like that the used that Firefly design. My brother and I were making our own custom version before he passed away. He would have been over the moon with the great figures LEGO has been releasing. :'(

Gravatar
By in Puerto Rico,

Really like Firefly but won't buy a set for a single figure.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Looking forward to the fist version of Firefly! Finally, a Flash with yellow boots! i had to modify mine...

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

When's a mech not a mech? When it's Posion Ivy's mech! The minifigs are otherwise a really high calibre though - and even the Bat-vehicle is unusual, if not as good as some of the Batman Movie ones.

Gravatar
By in United States,

either comics are getting really weird or lego is running out of ideas for batman sets

Gravatar
By in France,

legs printings on super heroes figs has become too expensive.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Looks like I'm buying my first superheroes set, a great looking mech that looks to have some interesting parts and some great minifigs and the price doesn't look too bad either depending on if it gets a markup in the UK.

Gravatar
By in Serbia,

I need Firefly... and Flash's dual-molded legs. The rest of the set I don't care about.

Gravatar
By in Singapore,

not that great actually when u compare the minifigs here with the ones from the lego batman movie. I have everything from that movie so far. :D I will not get this set as it has nothing new to offer in terms of enhanced aesthetics.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

The leg printing on all of them looks great.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

I actually like the new Poison Ivy design. When I line up all my TBLM figs and DC Comic figs, they have a very different look/vibe. This is the best comic-version Poison Ivy IMO and a nice addition to that set.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

It looks a bit nexo knighty.

Gravatar
By in United States,

The figures are boring, the Bat-Mech is awful. Thankfully a solid pass.

Gravatar
By in Hungary,

If the skin would be classic yellow, flash would be looks like he's wearing shorts!

Gravatar
By in United States,

I like the figs a lot. Poison Ivy looks good. Batman is gray and not black. :) Flash finally has dual-molded legs. Firefly's piece would've been perfect for the wasp and possibly Ant-Man. I like the mech a lot. The power blasts look good as always. I might actually get this.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I'm so hyped for Firefly! poison Ivy looks nice too.
