May the Fourth promotion details

Posted by ,

LEGO has published details of next weekend's May the Fourth Star Wars offers at shop.LEGO.com and, unusually, everything is aligning perfectly -- a new set, double points and a decent GWP -- to make it an exceptional promotion.

It all kicks off on Friday 3rd May, and will run until Monday, 6th May.

  • On Friday, 75244 Tantive IV will be available to VIPs, then available to all on the Saturday.
  • 40333 Battle of Hoth - 20th Anniversary Edition will be free with Star Wars purchases over $75/£75
  • A 20th anniversary art print will be included with Star Wars orders over a certain threshold
  • There will be double VIP points on Star Wars purchases
  • A number of Star Wars sets will be discounted

Check out the deals for yourself at shop.LEGO.com (USA | Canada | UK | Germany | France) and look out for our exclusive Star Wars competition which we'll be launching later today!

By in Australia,

Looking forward to the promotion, hope that the imperial dropship will be back in stock on the LEGO online shop for it.

Will Lego.com being working normally or can we expect the usual crash of the site?

^ The Lego website will be working normally. So you can expect it to crash five mins into the promotion.

I probably won’t spring for the GWP but I’ll be making a trip to the Lego Store on the 4th! I wonder what sets will be on sale...

By in Hungary,

According to the VIP newsletter I received, the art print will not be included automatically with all SW purchase, it also requires a purchase over 11.435 HUF (that is around 35 EUR)

You could be right, the website does not specify yet.

By in Poland,

I'm counting on a discount of -50%

By in United Kingdom,

No details of discounts but with such a muted, lukewarm response to Cloud City last year i’m hoping that has a decent reduction

By in United States,

I’m guessing 20% off of a handful of sets (one of them being BB8) and 30-50% off a bunch of watches and key rings.

"A number of Star Wars sets will be discounted". What are the chances of this including the UCS Falcon?

Adman1020, you can pretty much guarantee a ZERO percent chance of that happening.

Figured as much. I'll take the double VIP points and GWP and be on my way :)

By in Serbia,

Cool beans. Now make the store available worldwide instead of a handful of countries.

@The Rancor - Cloud City is currently 20% off @Smyths and Amazon! if no such luck of discount @Lego.com.... :)

By in Poland,

Looks like this year LEGO® is making some changes. No GWP if you buy only discounted sets. : (

By in Canada,

About the 10 x 13 art card... My store is giving full size posters in 2 variations, light side or dark side and is telling me that it's the art card... Anyone can confirm if there's an actual 10x13 art card please?
