This looks so cool!!!
Absolutely beautifully done. I would dare to say the smoothest creator expert vehicle yet. Motorcycles aren’t my thing, so I’ll probably pass. But it surely is well done!
Quite different from the previous LEGO Harley Davidson! ;)
I’ve ridden one of these in real life, and I can say that they’re fun in their own special way.
It’s a cool Lego set, I’ll buy it!
For half a second, I thought it was a new Speed Champions set, and I was like, wow, heh.
Looks great, but how much better would it have looked in chrome?
This set is absolutely gorgeous and appears to be incredibly well designed. The inclusion of a “sturdy display stand” is an appreciated bonus. No doubt, I will be buying it. And yet there is a part of me that is oddly conflicted because it almost doesn’t look like it is built out of LEGO.
Wow! This is really beatiful! Completely flawless design! It's a shame about the price though. It seems a little high
Best looking official Lego motorbike set ever!
Are those trans red rounded tiles at the tail light new?
Stellar model. I like how the Creator Expert Vehicles line isn’t just cars anymore. Branching out into Motorcycles will provide many new opportunities for vehicles.
Now cmon LEGO... show off that D2C Batman set already!!!!!!
@Wrecknbuild New to that color, it seems. Trans-orange exists but not red.
@lego4elio Price is slight more than .10 / piece. Seems fine to me for a [new] licensed set.
Well done but I'll pass as motorcycles aren't really my thing.
Looks great.
It's Lego, so for me it is a beauty!
Motorcycles ARE my thing, but Creator Vehicles are not. Pass. Still loving the Technic BMW though!
This came put of knowhere actually, I like it but not for me.
I received my LEGO e-mail 6 minutes ago on this beautiful model. Was a nice surprise this morning. I went straight here to Brickset to see if there was a mention. I'm not into motorcycles, but this model sure looks fantastic. It has great parts usage and I love the color.
This is the bike Arnie rode around on in Terminator 2 by the way, only his was in black.
A shame there is no Chrome at all
Very nice looking! I would never imagined it has over 1000 pieces if I had only saw the picture, reminds me of the bike sets from the late 1970s (which even included a Harley-Davidson).
A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one.
Oh yeah, this is a buy. Very cool. Display this right next to the Mustang.
The lines are really awesome. Stellar model for sure.
Well done.
This is my step-dad's dream - rode Harley's post retirement for years. His birthday is next week so his present will need to be a few days delayed...
That's interesting! I'm NOT a motorcycle fan, so a miss for me, but hope it's a cool set!
Is this another Mike P design? Same as many others - I love it as a great representation of a great bike, but bikes don’t do it for me like the cars do. If only Lego would do some more creator expert fighters (and if only I hadn’t sold my Fokker and Sopwith years ago)
Wow. As it often happened in the past months, very and positively surprised by this new coming set! Excellent. 1023 parts for a bike and you have a beautiful HD rendition. Good surprise, good game Lego. I did not see that one coming, did you?
Superb and will have appeal far beyond AFOLs. I believe this is also the first time we've had a Technic compatible wide rear motorcycle tyre too, hurrah!
Love it when TLG tries something new and this is a new concept for the Creator Expert line as it is the first motorbike from the theme but it is also one of the very few licensed motorbikes made by LEGO.
Its a very good and smooth looking model that looks like it might have some fun feature in it. Also the £85 price tag is perfect for this set with its 1024 parts and some are quite large looking.
Absolute beauty of a motorbike..
@legomanijak: Chrome or even silver ink would certainly be more authentic, though I expect that using any sort of coated parts in the place of ALL the grey in this set would be expensive if it even worked at all (there are parts like gears, connectors, and other functional elements that might not take well to a surface coating of that sort). And only using a silver color for SOME of the details which are chrome on the real thing could potentially just make the non-silver parts that much more conspicuous—whereas the light grey can at least be used consistently.
I dare to say the king is naked.
not trolling here. as a Lego fan for 40+ years i keep expecting 'wow' sets, and keep being disappointed.
i prefer the 31018 (which is just plain Creator, no fancy expert), as well as 42007, or the B model of 8051 - not to mention the stunning 'amateur' bikes one finds on a simple google search.
C'mon Lego.
I am sorry to say but I really hate motorcycles and their totally reckless drivers in real life, so this set is a complete waste for me.
I would have loved the Ideas Golf GTI Mark I or the original Land Rover Defender instead. Alas, no love from TLG for those even though they both got 10,000 votes with ease and would have been guaranteed sales hits just like the VW Campervan.
I want to see ready made piece kits (looking at you guys on Bricklink) with different/optional colors out there for me to swap out the dark maroon for other colors!!!
It's a fabulous set and as a bike fan albeit only 100cc ,this is the 3rd on my list of bikes but could be modified to no.2-bandit or creativity to no.1 -hayabusa
Now, I know I'm old and out of touch, but is that a radiator I see there? Aren't proper Harley-Davidsons (with the exception of the newfangled V-Rod) supposed to be air-cooled? When I think of water-cooled choppers I think more of those Kawasaki ones.
But if "107" means 107 cubic inches that's like 1750cc, have they started sneaking in water-cooling on their most powerful models?
Motorcycles aren’t really my thing, but this looks like such a good build I might have to get it anyways!
Why no Chrome??
Any word on a GWP like the keychain that was offered with the Ford Mustang?
Not a motorcycle guy, but this looks pretty cool! I like that the Creator Expert line is expanding to other vehicles.
neyoom. Tis fat indeed
Wow!
Incredible build.
