First image of 75290 Mos Eisley Cantina

Posted by ,

LEGO has published an image displaying 75290 Mos Eisley Cantina on their official South Korean Facebook account, although that image has now been removed.

The resolution is comparatively poor but various important features are apparent, including Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina, an Ubrikkian 9000 landspeeder, a V-35 Courier landspeeder and 21 minifigures! The minifigures are listed after the break, along with the full image from Facebook...

  • Luke Skywalker
  • Obi-Wan Kenobi
  • Han Solo
  • Chewbacca
  • C-3PO
  • R2-D2
  • Imperial Sandtroopers (2)
  • Garindan
  • Wuher
  • Greedo
  • Ponda Baba
  • Cornelius Evazan
  • Modal Nodes (3)
  • Momaw Nadon
  • Kabe
  • Kardue'sai'Malloc
  • Unidentified Cantina Patron (probably Hrchek Kal Fas or Elis Helrot)
  • Jawa

The packaging also confirms the return of the Master Builder Series, following its introduction with 75222 Betrayal at Cloud City during 2018! Furthermore, the release date is shown as the 16th of September.

Are you impressed with this rendition of the Mos Eisley Cantina and its minifigure selection? Let us know in the comments.

so many sets, not enough money or space :)

100% getting this, amazing figures and scene and looks brilliant

Gravatar
By in Poland,

Wowza, that looks big! Can't wait to see the interiors.

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

The Winter Village set also leaked from there

Gravatar

I think it would be perfect if only it had a bantha. I was counting on this set to bring them into LEGO existence.

I feel your pain too :(
Not enough time to build either!

Gravatar
By in United States,

It has a roof... and walls all around? Impossible!!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

This is actually really nice, but whether or not I get it will depend on the price.

Edit: I've just seen €349.99. At this price, it could be mine.

Gravatar
By in Spain,

Looks better than Cloud City! I miss the hangar, maybe they could include it with a midi falcon in an "expansion" set...

Gravatar
By in Portugal,

This set looks amazing, the level of detail and the quality of the minifigures is impressive!

I think I never saw that much detail on a Lego Star Wars Building.

Apparently €350 in Germany, according to Promobricks. Might work out to £320/$350?

Oh man I missed out on the last one. This looks like it’s gonna he expensive.

That's not bad: I was expecting it to be much more. I think that it's cheaper than the Ghostbusters firehouse was.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

No mention on here of the Levi or Adidas cross promos that Lego themselves have put online videos up for?

Gravatar
By in Australia,

Not normally a minifig person but wow these are some incredibly exciting minifigs. And the set actually... looks good. A Star Wars location set that looks good? I cant remember the last time that happened (excluding promotional sets)

Gravatar
By in Canada,

I love it and I want it. I’m especially happy about getting some of those characters in minifigs, But I have zero space. The little bit I have left is for NC rumoured extension set. I might get it anyway. Or order some of the minifigs on BL.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Oh yeaaa this is how all non ship sets should be

Gravatar
By in United States,

Wow, I’m impressed. All those new species. I think I saw the red horned dude, which is the same species as Vizago and the guy from Mandalorian episode six. It would be cool to see some more sets with those characters in them.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

There's no question about it, this the best location based Star Wars ever made. At least in my opinion.

Gravatar
By in Puerto Rico,

The minifigure roster is a dream come true to me. Never thought we'd ever get all these awesome background characters as figures.

Gravatar
By in Switzerland,

Anyone able to translate that text in the Facebook image?

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Seen this on Instagram looks cool but I'm guessing the price will be nearer that of the Diagon alley set so it might be off putting

Ooh I see an updated Dew back could of done with a couple of those & maybe Ben's land speeder & more Jawas!!

Gravatar
By in United States,

Looks amazing! If only they could get a decent sandspeeder model out there. It bothers me that they keep putting out new ones and they're nearly identical to the previous models, which are merely okay.

I think mine did a pretty good job, although it could use some stickers or printing

Gravatar
By in Slovenia,

I haven't bought any legos in the past 6 years ... this just might change this!

Gravatar
By in Puerto Rico,

It's way better than I hoped it would be, I wasn't interested in another Cantina or a new SW UCS to add to my list as I have yet to buy the UCS Falcon but, the reveal and review of Diagon Alley sold me to buy this. From the looks of it, I may be able to place this building in an area of 64x32 and the small building a few good distance away, shame that it doesn't appear to have the place Luke sold his speeder or a landing pad but I can deal with it.

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

Personally I feel LEGO is overdoing it with the D2C sets. In the past there were like 4 a year, now there is one every month, sometimes even two.

I collect these sets but it is impossible to keep track, finance and store.

With 4 months left in this year we still get:
- Mos Eisley Cantina
- Bat Wing
- Elves Club House
- Colosseum

You can even consider The Child a sort of exclusive.

And then comes 2021:
- New modular
- Ninjago City Gardens (also planned voor January)
- The Ghostbusters set

The Ideas sets are also exclusives and these become bigger and bigger and more expensive also.

And we just had Harry Potter Diagon Alley, NES, Ideas Piano, Mickey and Minnie, Crocodile Locomotive...

The AFOLs become the new Billund milk cows. With this rate D2C sets hardly feel special anymore.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

I quite like that the UCS-ish range has expanded into full locations as well as just vehicles; I'm still never gonna be able to afford any of them, but it's nice to know they exist... and I'm sure, somewhere down the line, one's gonna come out that will certainly tempt me! This isn't that one, but it still does look pretty impressive.

I think I most like that some of the more obscure characters are getting figures. Ponda Baba, Dr. Evazan, Labria... I'll be interested to see what they look like when we get clearer pictures of them ^^

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

If the Date of the 16th is release not pre order, and Batman day is the 19th potentially that is three marquee sets in one one month (if the batman rumours are true.. ahem..) that is near as makes no difference £ 1000 of D2Cs in a month! that seems a tad grabby by Lego but I suppose these are meant for Christmas Presents and will be on peoples wish lists. I must try to remember not all Lego fans are obsessive like me. Diagon Alley will have to wait.

Gravatar
By in France,

Not bad at all, but I personally have enough with my cantina 75052

Gravatar
By in Germany,

Wow, this is so cool and all the details. Especially its a complete building! Will buy it.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I'll be getting this eventually, just not Day 1 like with the Razor Crest.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Yeeeeeeeeeeees!

Gravatar
By in Belgium,

Looks very nice, and seems it will be contesting the titel of best SW location set still held by the Ewok village i.m.o...
But doubt it will be mine, besides the fact I already have, and combined, the 2 previous cantinas, that will become redundant with this one, there are also space and budget restrictions.. :(
Hope the new, and some long awaited, characters will also become available via other sets..

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Interesting it shares the doom, arches etc. with 75052, but with 5x as many bricks, so expect 5x the price. There are some great 3000+ piece versions of this already on rebrickable, one of which includes a spaceport requested in the comments if looking for ideas on ways to expand this set to include one.

Gravatar
By in Canada,

Yes...a set/idea worthy of the Master Builder Series (MBS) moniker!
Despite all the high-priced sets that have come out this year might have to make room for this one and use those stocked up VIP points to take a dent into this next bill :)
(Kinda glad I passed on Diagon Alley LOL!)

Gravatar
By in France,

Niiiiiiice

Gravatar
By in United States,

Really well done. No stud shooters in sight too.

And 21`! minifigs? That has to be some kind of record in a normal set. The only sets with more (not counting complete cases of CMF) are some of the Education/Dacta Town "battle packs"--with which 9247 Community Workers and its 31 minifigs consists of roughly a quarter of my 122 minifigs. And I don't view Education sets as a common release, even though mine came from the Concord Mills LEGO Store.

Update: I did run a query; and it seems 1066 holds the record at 36 standard minifigs, and a Fabuland set, 3695 has a whopping 80! Fabuland figs. Of course, the set notes says it could have been intended as a store display, and thus not a standard set. And 10188, the long lived old Death Star set, beats this set out by 3 as the Star Wars set with the most minifigs.

Gravatar
By in United States,

When my eyes saw this image with a large tan building, my first thought before reading the article title was the Colosseum. Oh well... this looks surprisingly good too.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Seems pretty clear to me that the last minifigure is Elis Helrot

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

I must say it does tickle my fancy, but I might be able to satisfy myself with the 2014 playset. The minifigs are a big draw though.
If it came down to it, I'd rather shell out for Diagon Alley than this. I've never bought such expensive sets before, so I'll have to make sure to pick the best one.

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

Finally second +18 set after USC Millenium Falcon. The price will be astronomical but it looks amazing.

75159 (the re-released Death Star) has 27 of them!

When you exclude R2-units and brick-built droids, it still has 23. (10188 has 20, 75290 has 20 also)

Edit: and that Fabuland set you found is completely insane. Thanks for running that query! :D

Because Lego does a lot of other things that make a lot less sense.

Gravatar
By in United States,

WOW!! A proper Chalmun’s cantina has long been my most-wanted set, and this looks absolutely incredible (and that’s without even seeing the interior!). An absolute Day 1 buy for me.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I wonder if it is hinged to open up? Not sure how you get at the insides.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Ordinarily I try to buy sets cheap on eBay without the minifigures, but this one might have to be the exception...

Gravatar
By in United States,

Looks great! I don't do much Star Wars and only have two of the D2C sets (Death Star and Ewok Village), this may be my third.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I'm guessing it's a $400 set and LEGO didn't screw it up. Good job LEGO for getting one of these big sets correct.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Wow! I initially had no interest, but that's tempting...

You are not supposed to buy all of them, the aim is to have a choice. Most adult buyers purchase 1-2 sets a year. Collectors like you are in the small (negligible) minority, and Lego should not limit its portfolio so that a small number of people can purchase all sets. Buy the ones you like and enjoy them - it's not like you have less sets to enjoy, so why is it such a big issue?

Gravatar
By in United States,

I'll have to not eat for a bit, but this just might be my set of the year.

Gravatar

There is a Microfighter Bantha, although it would be nice to get a molded one.

I doubt those announcements will be well-received amongst Bricksetters. It's OK, I always have other sources to look and I don't need to depend on Brickset to get excited for them.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Set looks great. I'm not a LSW collector, so I'm happy for them.

But, I disagree that there are too many D2Cs. Even though there are more, there's still only about 1 per theme per year (or less, as in the case of Ninjago). We got 1 modular building in 2007, we got 1 modular building in 2020. Now, we're getting one for Trains, Pirates, Harry Potter, etc. Everyone's favorite theme is getting represented and it's great.

I just checked and the price was £274.99 ($366.78) in the UK and €379.99 in Portugal ($452.64). I was lucky and found it when there was a deep sale. Still, I can't help but feel we are getting ripped off!

For a second, I thought this one was gonna be an Elves-Themed Club House Exclusive and thought: Wow, cool, I will consider this for my kids... Then I realized it's just the other set with a bunch of drunken christmas elves partying in a ski hut. :(

Gravatar
By in Switzerland,

Gotta say, waay more attractive than the previous sets of this sort, but as someone who cobbled together a half-decent Cantina over the years from the various smaller sets, I am absolutely not tempted to get this.
Which is actually nice, cause it saves me a lot of begging from my wife, and some room to spare :D

Gravatar
By in United States,

Now THIS is a great showcase of the Master Builders Set! It's got everything you need for the scene for the most part, has plenty of detail packed in, and feels a lot more like a display piece than an overpriced play set. That, and it's less of an eyesore than Cloud City by far!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Iv been wating a UCS setlike this for a long time now... GIME GIME GIME i so need my hands on this set

Gravatar
By in Canada,

I love the Cantina (probably the Star Wars place I want the most), but the roof looks kinda bad if my intention is to display it. Wish they just did a modular roof that can be taken apart instead of this leaky looking roof

Recent collectors will have one landspeeder, long term collectors will probably have three or four!

Gravatar
By in United States,

Man, I'm glad it's a full building this time.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I'm excited for this! My bother and I have enjoyed all the star wars MB and UCS playsets over the years.

I think it's funny though how a lot of fans are saying this is better than the cloud city MB set and yet this cantina appears to suffer from the same overhead display angle (good for a table, not a shelf). Unless it opens from the sides or can be rearranged, we will have to wait and see.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Day 1 purchase (I'll attempt it, at least).
I still would have preferred a new Imperial Shuttle, but this looks pretty darn kewl.

Gravatar
By in United States,

There really is an unprecedented amount of large, quality D2C sets these days. While I'm no completionist, wanting about half of 10 big sets per year is still way more expensive than wanting half of 4 big sets per year.

Does anyone else feel their threshold to purchase shifting around? I used to buy most sets I want and nowadays it feels like I have to do way more pruning and second-guessing to decide what to buy.

..oh and this set looks incredible.

Gravatar
By in United States,

LOVE it, but likely waaay out of my price range. guess i'll have to get the dewback on bricklink

Gravatar
By in United States,

For once I am impressed with a UCS/MBS set! LEGO made a set that is actually enclosed and complete. The build quality looks excellent as well, where for the very first time, it meets or surpasses the build quality its MOC counterpart. The figures? LEGO went full out on the figures and as usual, they look fantastic. A bit bummed there's no hanger, but I think the full cantina is more than enough. Looking forward to the full press release.

Gravatar
By in United States,

I love the non ship Star Wars sets. This is up there as one of my favorite Star Wars sets already, up with Cloud City, Ewok Village and Death Star

Gravatar
By in United States,

As long as it's available for about 4 years I think I'll be able to get around to buying it. My wishlist backlog is only a year old and is already above 6 grand. They need to stop.

Gravatar
By in United States,

for all of us who have the previous versions, we can just use them for parts to build more of the city around the cantina.

Gravatar
By in Russian Federation,

I think this set is one of the best Star Wars sets ever!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Those who have read my Star Wars alien species series can now rest easy that we won’t go wanting for new species on 2020 - there’s a good handful all in one set!

I’ll be interested to see if we see any more from the Clone Wars final season next year still.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

I'm glad my wife forbade me from buying Diagon Alley because now I can start begging her for this one!

Gravatar
By in United States,

If this set it priced reasonably at say $300 then its a day one purchase for me. $350 and I will wait for some deal or a free giveaway. $400+ and I will have to wait for a serious discount.

Couldn't agree more! Locations/scenes are woefully underrepresented in the LSW theme.

You seem to know some characters by the names of the Kenner action figures. Nothing wrong with that! :)

Gravatar
By in United States,

Beyond excited for this set. :o)

I’ve fallen away from the Forum and LEGO rumors as a whole these past couple years so all of these unveiling’s are just such a surprise and treat!

This is a great follow up to Bespin. No midi-vehicles, no 100th landspeeder, crazy great figure selection, and announced in time where there’s still time to get some of the other recent Tatooine sets.

I’m not sure about the “roof” yet. From my Battlefront obsession, I was expecting a 2nd level but I’m not sure that’s cannon.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

There is some weird scaling/sizing issue for the minifigures pictured in front of the box. They look like children. Someone forgot to resize the image when they compiled the overall image.
Saying that…... it looks good.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Great set, I like the included spy. My problem with this is the box art. The black looks ugly on this and the the winter village sets. They should’ve gone with the black headers/borders but made a scenic background for the actual set, it would’ve made it pop and given it a better feel. The box art is one of my favorite things on a lego set and seeing the plain black is pretty disdainful. It works for a lot of sets but not these.

Gravatar
By in United States,

Easily the best looking rendition of the Cantina LEGO ever will have produced.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Interesting how lego has now applied the branding for the master builder series.

Box art looks fantastic though. Its nice the detail lego is putting in to features like that

Gravatar
By in Netherlands,

I like how it looks when it's closed, definitely interested.

Gravatar
By in United States,

As stated in above comments, so many sets, limited amount of money to spend. I did however manage to buy the limited edition Bespin Duel set.

Gravatar
By in France,

Can't wait to see the interior and how the cantina opens up.
The set seems a bit bulky to me but It might due to the different scaling of the decor components.

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Tatooine is one of my favourite planets in the star wars universe, so this is a must have for me. Amazing figure count!

Gravatar
By in Australia,

Love it! So if I may,

This is the Mos Eisley Cantina I’m looking for!

Gravatar
By in United Kingdom,

Zero interest in another Cantina set, just not an interesting enough location. The minifigs look amazing and I fear will be unaffordable on the secondary market. This may be the death of my interest in Star Wars LEGO

Perhaps in their pursuit of the adult market LEGO is trying to not only remind us of the childlike wonder LEGO once instilled, but also what it felt like to want so many sets but to only have so much money.

Gravatar

Day 1 buy for me. Set looks excellent; I can't wait to see the inside.

Gravatar
By in United States,

The only cantina alien I can find who matches the coloration of the alien standing next to Labria/Kardue'sai'Malloc is Elis Helrot. He has a bald, light-colored head, and wears a light-colored vest over a darker outfit. Nobody else really seems to fit.

@theJANG :
It has _part_ of a roof around the outside, and just rafters in the center.

@Kai_Dragon_eXtreme :
To be fair...they don't make many.

@XIII :
Based on what I've seen reported, same price as the Firehouse, but less parts. Though, the Firehouse was underpriced by about $100 by the common $0.10/pc standard.

@HandPositions :
$350, not $300. If it was $300 for 4634pcs, maybe we wouldn't have heard so many endless complaints about it being "overpriced".

@CopperTablet :
SW typically gets two per year, I believe. With the split between UCS and MBS, this is to be expected, as they'll probably still want to roll out a UCS set every year (earlier this year was the A-Wing).

Gravatar

It is just saying that "Pre-order for VIPs"

Just wanted to be the 122nd person to say that this looks like a real jim-dandy, indeed.

It's clear Lego sees AFOLs as cows to be milked by bombarding us with huge sets.

Is Lego a toy or a display piece? Because the black background of the box makes the set look inert and lifeless.

I've spent about $2,000 on Lego each of the last five years and now that budget can be consumed in five $400 sets. Maybe that is better for an adult like me who has hundreds of sets but it would also mean abandoning my Lego of the last 40 years - a wave of sets from low to high price and picking and choosing the sets you want buying them all bit by bit throughout the year with some other sets here and there.

Lego as display piece or Lego as toy.

@Snazzy101 :
They've been accomplishing that pretty well for the last decade with SDCC exclusive minifigs that cost 1-2 weeks worth of allowance.

@The_Rancor :
I know they've done Greedo and Jawas a few times. There was an Ithorian Jedi, and Bith were in a previous cantina set. Wuher and Dr. Evazan are human, I believe. So, Ponda Baba, Labria, Kabe, and Garindan for sure, and probably that mystery minifig next to Labria. So, based on what you've already compiled, that's about a third of an article in one set.

The people complaining that LEGO release too many large sets are hilarious and deeply unsettling; they're even more whiny than those supposed grown-ups who pathetically harp on about not being able to get a set exactly on release day.

Spoilt brats.

In spirit, this is a Day ! buy; but in actuality, not at all, because I have trouble saving my money and it's hard enough justifying buying $100 LEGO sets... still, the Cantina is one of my favorite locations, love all of the aliens associated, and I'll be so hurt to miss this one.

By in Slovenia,

Love the cantina. Hope that inside will be plenty of bottles and other stuff in the bar.

By in Czechia,

I was super excited, when they announced Mos Eisley as an UCS, but this is really a disappointment. The set is claimed to be for 350 eur and I created exactly the same thing, almost identical from 3 sets (75205 and 2x 75052) for half the price! I think Lego is is destroying their afols..

Gravatar
By in Czechia,

I would love it, when they make a colloseum...

I personally prefer ships, so I will wait for a comprehensive CapnRex101 review before making my final decision, but it does look good.

Inversion said: You are not supposed to buy all of them, the aim is to have a choice.

I think all of you are a bit right, Lego has gone a tad overboard with the big sets, but it's nice with more choices and very few people has the money/space/interest to buy all of them anyway. I think the problem is the timing, while I understand the importance of the Christmas season I believe Lego still should spread the releases more over the year.

Right now we get the modular in January, then there's a half-year drought with little but City/police and similar KFOL themes, before they suddenly release a floodwave of large sets in August/September/October. I really suspect that this many large sets at once cannibalizes each other's sales, by spreading them more out they may sell better and each set gets the attention it deserves.

By in United Kingdom,

I think lego are trying to bankrupt me. If I hadn't spent £400 on ebay this year, I would be seriously tempted by this. I'm gonna wait for the inside photos, then hope for a sale.

Colosseum? Are we talking Architectural or Taj Mahal scale? If the former, then I'll get, if the latter, again wait for a discount, considering I've only earned back £35 of that £400 I spent so far.

And then there's the modular....

Gravatar
By in United States,

Can't wait to see how Obi-Wan's Hut from earlier this year connects to this.

Gravatar
By in Greece,

This set along with the Death Star, oh and Ewok Village, are the best sets in SW line imo. Plus having a full enclosed building instead a facade is totally unusual but for the Modular line and I love it!

Finally, although it is licensed, for the second time this year (after Barracuda Bay), even the retail price feels right (unless I have got used to hyperinflated pricing by TLG).

TLG your sets need more shelf life!!!

By in United Kingdom,

oh my word, where has this been all my life ... there I was feeling smug for finally talking my wife around and letting me splash out on the Razor Crest, Ren Transport, AAT and 501st battle pack, because, as I insisted, I couldn't live without them, then I saw this beauty ... how the heck am I going to get away with another £350+ buy .....

Gravatar
By in Austria,

Literally no reason as to why they can't do Lego Star Wars like Lego Harry Potter - many small sets (that you can get multiples of if you want) with cool minifigures to piece together your larger Hogwarts castle. I don't wanna have to fork over 400€ or 30€ per figure just to finally get a Kubaz, a Devaronian, or an Aqualish. They should've made a second cantina set with a collection of different patrons to accompany the last small one from 2017/18 (?) which had Wuher, Han and Greedo. This is just a combination of the last large Cantina from 2014 and the small one from 2017/18 with some rare or exclusive figures thrown in to bait people who want more alien diversity (+availability) in Lego Star Wars.

Gravatar
By in United States,

As long as this isn't a $500+ set, I don't know how Lego could make it any better.

"There really is an unprecedented amount of large, quality D2C sets these days. While I'm no completionist, wanting about half of 10 big sets per year is still way more expensive than wanting half of 4 big sets per year.

Does anyone else feel their threshold to purchase shifting around? I used to buy most sets I want and nowadays it feels like I have to do way more pruning and second-guessing to decide what to buy.

..oh and this set looks incredible."

My threshold has done nothing but go up. It is getting outta hand how many sets they're producing. I still want to get
The Nintendo Set
Diagon Alley
This Cantina

It's coming at the expense of buying the last two Modulars (Corner Garage and Bookstore) and if its between the Cantina and the Razorcrest, the Razorcrest is on the chopping block. Oh well.

Gravatar
By in Austria,

I'm skipping this one.
Some minifigures are interesting but the build itself is very ugly and a terrible display set IMO. Just a rectangle of tan bricks without any architectural beauty in my eyes.
But hey...at least I'll be taking a break from the overpriced Star Wars sets until Autumn 2021 when, hopefully, they'll release a good UCS again.

By in Norway,

The article says 21 minifigs. Counting R2D2 as a minifig, which lego does, there are actually 22 figs in the photo. Look closely and there is a Jawa stood in front of Chewie and the 22nd fig is in the doorway of the smaller building.

I'd have to respond by saying that the people who are complaining that the LEGO group is releasing too much LEGO are the ones exhibiting undesirable behaviour here.

Perhaps my earlier statement was a little harsh, but I honestly, genuinely cannot understand why some people feel they HAVE to be able to order something instantly on release day, and then complain when they can't. Being able to exercise patience is one of the defining characteristics of being an adult as compared to a child.

@magpie9:
On the white background, starting in the lower left and working counter-clockwise, I've got:

1. Tiny Ponda Baba
2. Tiny Dr. Evazen
3. Wuher
4-6. Bith band members
7. R2-D2
8. C-3PO
9. Han Solo
10. Chewbacca
11. Obi-Wan Kenobi
12. Luke Skywalker
13. Greedo
14. Sandtrooper (orange pauldron)
15. Sandtrooper (black pauldron)
16. Garindan
17. ??????? (possibly Elis Helrot)
18. Labria
19. Momaw Nadon
20. Jawa
21. Kabe

I'm not seeing this Jawa that you claim is in front of Chewie. If you're referring to the white background, I think you're misidentifying Chewie's bowcaster. If you're talking about the black box art, I can't even spot Han, Chewie, Wuher, or any of the band members in that photo. There are two minifigs near the smaller building in the back, which accounts for two minifigs between the Jawa, Kabe, and Momaw Nadon, but whichever remains also appears to be absent from the box front. And if you look closely at the top of the box, it's impossible to tell most of them apart*, but there are only 21 characters, plus the LEGO logo in the upper left, and the Star Wars logo in the upper right.

*Working my way through by elimination, I think the upper row (L-R) is the LEGO logo, Luke, Obi-Wan, 3PO, R2, Han, Chewie, and the two Sandtroopers (no idea which pauldron either is wearing). The lower row (L-R) appears to start with the three Bith band members, with Greedo as the fifth minifig. The rest of them I can only guess at, but I _think_ Wuher is between the Bith and Greedo, who is followed by Ponda Baba, Dr. Evazen, Labria, Elis Helrot, Momaw Nado, Kabe, the Jawa, and finally Garindan skulking way off in the corner like a sneaky spy. I think.

Yes, zooming in you seem to be right, and certainly on the box there is only 21. Good job I have an eye check appointment next week. LoL

I love it but I’m guessing it’ll be about $650 putting it waaay outside my price range. I’ll keep holding on for a RoTJ Millennium Falcon.

@Fandabidozi:
In the US, we're expecting it to be about the same price as Diagon Alley. However, I looked at some AUD prices, and I'm not really sure of the conversion rate. Is 50% over USD normal? That seems to be the case for the expensive stuff, but maybe not for the more budget-minded sets. Anyways, DA costs $600 AUD, and if the rumors are true, that's probably where the cantina will fall. The piece count is lower, but DA only had one new mold, which could be used elsewhere. The cantina, on the other hand, needs at least four new molds just for alien minifigs, which will almost certainly never be used outside of SW sets, and probably not that often within the theme. The dewback also drives the price up, as all large, multi-piece animals do.
