Kinda nice to see Max still around. I remember him from the LEGO Club magazines when I was younger.

That Max guy hasn't aged a bit!

Speaking of free mail from LEGO, has anyone got their Catalogue yet in the UK. Still waiting on mine.

By in France,

Well, it is basically an advertising magazine mainly designed to make the children ask their parents to buy the Lego sets they see in it...

Ah, I remember the thrill of having a LEGO Club magazine show up in the mail... So much nostalgia!

Max should be elected Mayor of Lego City, he's the best. In his younger days he was the head of the super-popular LEGO Club.

Do you get one sent out automatically?
I always have to request one and then it takes about 4-6 weeks to arrive.

I tried signing up for the Lego Life one a couple of times, but it's never come through.

There was a segment in one of the magazines many years ago about max; I only remember his least favorite part of being a LEGO Minifgure was "not having knees"

Keep on going Max, a legend among us mortals!

The Lego magazines have gotten more and more juniorized. The Brickmaster magazine was great, Club magazine was still pretty good, but now we have the Life magazine. I swear every Life issue is full of poop and fart jokes... : (

Why do they tease us with the goats on the cover???

Unless...

I think Max’s “2008” on his torso is a reference to the year he was introduced.

Yes, got mine a week or two ago.

Why this article now? LEGO Life magazine has been out for a few years now.

Also, Max looks like he's cheating in the Paralympics.

My thoughts exactly - I trawled as many set reveals as I could to look for goats - heck, I’d even take some overpriced CMF for some goats!

Sure looks like he has knees here though!

Usually I get mine sent without asking - might re-register and hope to get it soon.

I came to say this, but knew someone beat me to it.

Pretty heartless move, Lego (and I hold very little hope to see a new goat any time soon)!

The Ideas Blacksmith Shop original submission has a goat which we're all hoping for. It or Winnie the Pooh will be revealed next.

By in Norway,

5 goats, 1 eagle, 1 rabbit, 1 skunk, 1 chameleon and 3 minifigs included with some build of rocks and foliage?! Yes please Lego, I would buy multiple of that set ;D

A farm animals Xtra set would be good... a goat farm obviously.

I'm 15 years too old for this but signed up anyway. Finally glad to see LEGO publishing a physical magazine again. I got the Club magazine from when I was 6-7 to when they stopped publishing it. They've been publishing this magazine for two years now, and I didn't know about it--where have I been, under a rock?!!!

I'm a TFOL so I am still interested but unfortunately Singapore is not available for shipping.

The best part of the magazine is allowing kids to showcase their own creations, the downside is its difficult to determine if you are looking at an advertisement with all the product placements throughout the magazine.

I just wish there was more background info on the back pages highlighting the current exhibits in the Lego House masterpiece gallery, including the Coral Reef by Ryan van Duzor, as this may inspire kids to create their own creations.

I used to get the catalogue regularly by mail, but about three years ago it stopped and I haven't received any more catalogues since.

I tried signing up, but it doesn't like my 5 digit zip code and made me have to look up the zip+4. After doing that and hitting "Submit", the form just sat there. Thing seems broken.

Let’s make 2021 the year of the Lego Goat!
