It's the 1st of the month tomorrow which once again signals the release of new sets. There's something for everyone among the new selection:

  • 76391 Hogwarts Icons Collectors' Edition, the outstanding display set marking the 20th anniversary of the theme, will be available in Europe from 2nd September, and can be pre-ordered in the USA from then as well
  • Four Jurassic World sets, including 76940 T. rex Dinosaur Fossil Exhibition
  • Five Advent calendars: the usual City, Friends, Star Wars and Harry Potter, plus new for this year, 76196 Marvel Avengers
  • The highly-anticipated 75319 The Armourer's Mandalorian Forge
  • Marvel collectable minifigures

We anticipate that an as-yet-unnounced set will be released tomorrow as well.

Additionally, we have some exciting news to share with you at midnight BST regarding the availability of other new sets, so stay up for that.

If you're after the licensed Advent calendars my advice is to buy them ASAP because they are likely to sell out well before December.

That T-Rex fossil will really look sick on display! Can already tell it being popular and in high demand.

By in United Kingdom,

I’m looking forwards to the Marvel CMFs but mainly for their parts and MOCing possibilities rather than the Disney+ characters.

Man that Marvel Advent is a disappointment. So much potential... nothing there at all. Sorry for the negativity. I was just so excited.

Our local Sainsburys already had the Marvel minifigures on sale. Managed to get 7 figures (and a duplicate) and need to go back again!

I actually really like it :)

By in Germany,

I don't think the Advent calendars will sell out quickly. I can still get last year's on Amazon and at other retailers for great bargains. They don't seem to be in short supply at all.

Agree with you, they could have done something else… I will still buy it.

Thanks for the tip. In which area of the UK are you?

In the United States, Costco stores already have the Star Wars and Marvel advent calendars in store for $29.99 each. That's 25% off. I bought them on Sunday.

Confirmed - I bought a Marvel Advent Calendar at my local Costco on Sunday.

Already got my Marvel & SW Advent calendars at Costco also. Still hoping to find the Harry Potter one with a deal somewhere. Agree with wanting the Marvel CMF's just for reusing the parts elsewhere and I'm wanting to get that T-rex Fossil at some point. Still haven't decided on the HP Hogwarts Icons set but will probably get it eventually.

I just heard from a LUG member that the Costco they went to today also had the Harry Potter calendar.

By in United States,

I was at Target a couple days ago with my daughter, and we grabbed a SW Advent Calendar, not realizing they weren’t on sale yet.

Well that caused all kinds of drama at the checkout line as the machine flipped out when it was scanned. Thankfully my daughter isn’t a crazed lunatic and she just calmly said, “Well I guess we’ll just have to come back on September first.”

So I guess we are, because this year’s Advent Calendar looks pretty good.

Well I have to go back tomorrow because the computer I just bought is on sale $400 less than I just paid for it on Sunday so I need to get a price adjustment so I'll see if they got the Harry Potter one in while I'm there.

Tried to buy some Marvel CMF but they still had the Coming September 1st message. Now they’ve been removed from the website for some reason. Wonder what that’s all about.

Russian Lego retailer accidentally (?) revealed 10284 Camp Nou Stadium: https://mir-kubikov.ru/lego/10284/
-you can view the pictures on the website, and even purchase it for about 430 $

Since the September store calendar has some of the weakest offers in recent memory, I'm in no rush to pick up anything new. Hopefully October yields some better GWP!

"There isn't a proper star wars wave coming is there? "

Wasn't there a bunch of Mandalorian and Clone Wars/Bad Batch sets that came out Jun. 1.-Aug. 1. (depending on where you live)

There was like 6 or something which I'd consider a wave
