Friends Advent Calendar - Day 17

Posted by ,

While I'm not quite sure what purpose the penguin in yesterday's build serves, it's still winter themed, and very cute, so I really liked seeing it among the gifts in yesterday's build. Will today's build be as cute as the penguin?

Awwww! While technically not a build, it is a baby reindeer, which is awesome. I originally thought this was new to the set, but it turns out it's been seen before in 41166 Elsa and the Reindeer Carriage.

The reindeer is adorable!

No accessories seems a shame... Very cute though!

I knew it!

I knew the Heartlake City Christmas markets was a front for a wildlife smuggling operation. I called it yesterday.

Those eyes are indeed very Disney Princess Frozen like. Almost too much even for Friends.

And as for the amount of parts?

One is the loneliest number

He is so cute.
I love him.
As I have opened my calendar fully already because I wanted to build a display this little guy has been happy being fed carrots by some little minifigs for a couple of weeks now.
He does look more Disney Princess than Friends but I don't care. He is cute and adorable.

Mine was loose, without a bag. Did this happened to anyone else?

"He is Unus, the Unbuildable. He both is, and isn't, a build of his own. He is the locked chest that can only be opened with the key inside. Marvel at the glory that is Unus."

Was that a Unus the Untouchable reference? I assumed it was just a coincidence, but the capital Marvel had me wondering.

@Binnekamp:
I would argue that two pieces, when they can’t actually be connected to each other, is even worse. For as good as the overall calendar was, Day 8 of 75964 was one of the worst builds because four of the seven pieces just sit there.
